Mindy isn't "famous" because you cant "pigeon-hole" her music. She doesn't really fit in anywhere in mainstream radio. Yes her stuff will be played occasionally here or there on stations with variety shows,  but much like Sarah Mclachlan, her fame relies much on her fans buying her music and spreading the word about her. Maybe one day, if we talk about her enough, she will win a Grammy.
