I think a real birth was spliced in with the actress. They never show anything graphic on the actual actress, they only make a quick cut to her with the baby. Fishy.

I believe I can remember that movie. Such a movie was broadcasted on german TV long time ago, but with the birth scenes cencored. The doctor was new in town, and the blond woman at 0:53 had a very difficult, painful and even life threatening birth before.
