  • Oh hello! Have you considered anxiety zero technique (I think its at anxiety0.info)? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my cooworker pretty much cured panick attacks with it.

  • thanx for sharing videos aniexty and using benzos are nno good, hopefully we can be friends, also i have ocd its not nice, i get scared all the time,

  • @DEBBIEFLK I agree about the benzos. Especially long term use, IMO. Yeah, it is indeed a scary thing.

  • I get nausea and i can't eat, i worry about the dumbest things. ive been told i need therapy. DO I?

  • Thank you for sharing your experiences. THIS is the type of thing YouTube should be used for, and not the 'look at me' videos that saturated this site. Although I don't suffer from anxiety, a member of my family does, and I look forward to showing him these videos, I think hey will help tremendously. Thanks again.

  • my cousin had a bad anxiety disorder and she had an irrational fear of being poisoned.

I was a big question asker too. I think it drove my parents insane!

  • I forgot if I mentioned it in my video, but another of my childhood fears was of being poisoned as well. My parents weren't too fond of that one. lol.

  • Isnt it weird that I cannot remember my childhood? I mean I dont remember much about anything.

  • @casperld I'm constantly trying to remember my childhood b/c that was the only time I was free of anxiety.

  • Yeah my wife is my support as well... Least there is the little things like that which helps. Good videos keep them coming ;o) I feel better knowing I'm not the only one dealing with this.

  • It sure does help!

  • Your lucky my family members told me I was nuts and had no support what so ever. But I had a traumatized childhood so this is where it comes from on my end.

  • Yeah, I'm dealing with family in-laws that are uneducated and don't seem to understand a damn thing about what I'm going thru. It's really frustrating. My wife THANK GOD understands, but her family is stuck in the 50's. They don't even hardly know what a computer is, let alone the internet. They live in quite a bubble. Luckily though, my parents are great about it. Do you have support from anyone? If not, there are some great online support groups that have helped me.
