yo he tratado de hacer dropknee por meses y no fue hasta q vi este video q por fin lo domine. De q ya lo puedo hacer en olitas decentes de 3-4 pies paraitas pero ahora me falta aprender a hacer cutbacks y eso si lo veo dificil.
