@srheadshot1 GRU, VDV, FSB, MVD isn't special forces its military, security, interior ministry, intelligence service and etc. And all this structures in Russia have own special forces with different squad names, task, equipment, training programs - west all them call SPETSNAZ... :)

Уважаемый, к подразделениям спец. назначения в России относиться и спецназ ГРУ и ВДВ, полицейский спецназ ОМОН и СОБР, с 1998 года спецназ Службы Внешней Разведки "Заслон" который выполняет спец задачи заграницей, Спецназ ВМФ и Морская пехота, а так же спецназ пограничных войск ФСБ и спецназ внутренних войск по типу "Витязь", спецназ ФСИНа а так же есть и собственный подразделения спецназа у МЧС.

или для вас спецназ это только управление А и В ФСБ?

You know what I liked about this video? I've seen videos of action like this before, but it was propaganda film. You guys is not peforming, is just an ordinary day of training - "just another trivial day" feeling here. They act as if they were doing the most common thing in the world.
