I'd be sick of saying on every single interview that I was a rebel as teenager and how my life was.. after all she said that about 13 years ago in interviews EVERYTHING that we should know about her.

I have two interviews of her on Jon Stewart in my computer.. I think one is when she was playing Meredith on Playing By Heart and another one is.. before or after that I don't know.

I get why she's so angry about talking about her past, but it's a part of her...and it's made her who she is. But I guess it would be so annoying hearing it over and over and over again. Bless her. However, I think it's so cute when she says "bloody". Her accent is so cute.

exactly. and honestly, if you've read more than one or two articles on gillian, i think you'd be tired of reading the same thing over and over again too. you know, all the high school stuff and whatever...for goodness' sake, she's turning 40 soon and all people want to talk about are stuff she did when she was 18. i'd say she's understandably annoyed and sick of it all!
Completely agreed. And I AM sick of READING those same questions/answers over and over and over again, too!! I mean, gosh, you'd think these interviewers would know those basic things about her by now. So yes, G's frustration is totally understandable.

Gillian Anderson is a very talented actress whom I admire, but I must say she seems to have a chip on her shoulder. I felt sorry for poor Graham as he tried to interview her. She needs to get over herself. Yikes!
Umm the reason she has an English accent in this is because she originally had an English accent but then when she moved to America in her teens she had to change it to fit in, so now her accent adapts to the accent of the people around her.
