  • Jesus never came to the United States. Jesus was not in Navoo. Man was. A greedy man.

  • What is the book of Mormon and who wrote it.was it inspired by man?

  • This Rocks

  • these guys got my ass beat when I was 16 by my dad , ( piss off christians.) they talked to me for a while Ilet them say their bit and they left . by the way my dad yelled at me like I had just wrecked his classic car . piss off christians Guess what people his guts are now messed up due to all the pent up christian anger lol lol lol his loss not mine (since he can no longer control his bowles due to rectal cancer lol lol

  • Ill take them over muslims.

  • "I warn everyone who hears the words of prophecy in this book. If anyone adds anything to them, God will add to him the plagues described in this book. And if anyone takes words away from this book of prophecy, God will take away from him his share in the tree of life and in the holy city" Revelation 22:18-19

Sadly, Mormons are guilty of this

  • @moondo57 Perhaps you can explain Deuteronomy 4:2 then?

  • Because it was added by god, and he kinda makes the rules

  • @Billadney ..... okay. That doesn't explain much...

  • @moondo57 Please explain why John 1,2,3 were all added after Revelations if your reference means that nothing can be added to the entire canon of scripture?

Also, thus far, I'm plague free...

  • I feel bad for such boys. They are sent out to steal sheep from other Christian folds. They think they're the "one true church on the face of the whole earth" as one Mormon friend reminds me :/ They mean well, but at the door, they don't reveal their racist beliefs, plural marriage doctrine, true translation process Smith used... How far would they get telling folks Joe tossed a seer stone in a hat, screwed it onto his face and began reading off Book of Mormon verses? Google it!

  • @AgnosticTao There is so much irony in your comment..... "other christian folds???" How many folds does god have and recognize?

  • @darkwhyt "How many folds does god have...?" Evidently, thousands, and that's just those who identify as Christian. Just saying the LDS think they are the only ones with true godly authority on earth, unless that doctrine has morphed too. Irony? If it will cut a hole in your veil and let the light of truth in, I'm cool with that.

  • @AgnosticTao So from a Christians perspective, which is the true church? Do you believe there is such a thing? I don't think the Mormons are at fault really. I Actually applaud a Church that puts emphasis on the one

  • @darkwhyt No, I don't think there is a "true church" anymore. I used to but I peeked behind the curtain and saw the wizard. There is no way to return to the supernatural world of Oz after doing that. Guess I studied myself out of it all. For me, all religious sects rest comfortably in the realm of mythology now, with Neptune, Zeus, and the like. It is hard to believe in any diety who men claim is all powerful, yet god will drown or scald you forever for the slightest disobedience.

  • @darkwhyt: "I have run into those guys many times and never had a negative experience."

-- Mormons paid lawyers to take my two legally-married neighbors to court in 2009, to try to hace them forcibly divorced against their will, as part of their Prop 8 campaign here in California.

My neighbor's daughter was terrified--asked if she could come live with me if the Mormons made her moms split up.

SHE had a "negative experience", darkwhyt.

  • One thing I like about the Mormons is that they seem to practice what they preach. They don't bend on gays and lesbians +1, they don't conform to modern traditions changing their stances on morality, they don't apologize for claiming to be the true church, and they don't go around telling others they are going to hell. I have some great mormon friends who I work with, and they are always kind and respectful. One faith, one lord, one baptism right? Well.....which is the true church people? ......

  • @darkwhyt at least they believe it's their church. I get so annoyed with Lutherans telling baptists they are wrong, or baptists saying the catholics are going to hell. I am actively searching for truth and I will say one thing for the mormons......they don't hate, which is all I see coming from people here. Ignorance? Stupidity? You guys are pretending to be believers of Christ when you are preaching hate. God is Love plain and simple. The Devil teaches us to fight each other. I love God

  • @darkwhyt Actually, behind the scenes they do thrash gays. They are THE reason Prop 8 went through in Calif. They're nice people but their scriptures (Book of Mormon BofAbraham) are racist. Being black is a "curse" as is being Latino, who are suppose to turn "white and delightsome" like the BofM promises when they join the church. They need to ditch such 19th century beliefs. Most members are truly embarassed by the racist doctrine, polygamy...

  • @AgnosticTao Dude.......I am proud of them for pushing against Prop 8. Those guys and the Catholic church deserve a freaking medal!

  • @darkwhyt Since when does prejudice deserve a medal, dude? Don't thank god, but thank the courts who reversed Prop 8 which unjustly targeted a group of people with narrow minded hatred. I am assuming it's ok to disagree w/you w/out threats of being sent by a "loving" god to some ficticious Greek version of Hades.

  • @darkwhyt: "They don't bend on gays and lesbians"

--Elder Boyd Packer's pamphlet "For Young Men Only" was passed out in Mormon-sponsored Boy Scout Troops, including the one that Mormon priest Russell Henderson attended. In his sermon, the good Elder said Mormon missionaries should beat up gay men.

That was only a few years before Russell pistol-whipped Matt Shepard into a coma and left him to die, tied to a Wyoming fence like a scarecrow.

Mormons "don't bend" gays? LOL. They just murder them.

  • @hanohanonacowboy So, you are saying Elder Packer told scouts to hurt people? Please list your published witnesses of this event.

This NEVER occurred, I have heard literally hundreds of talks, the message is ALWAYS the same. Love all men as your brothers, offend no one. It never varies.

  • its funny they asking a bunch of memphis niggers LOL i smoked good weed and im on a quest to laugh and i did

  • ..In the book of Mormon it says Blacks were cursed by god to have dark skin and in the video all the peole that they try to recruit are black....I dont get it.

  • @leuQcir93 where does it say that?

  • @darkwhyt You can pull up a Book of Mormon or Book of Abraham on-line and search "dark" or "black skin" or the like. There are numerous racist LDS scriptures.

  • I know that this church is true!!!!!!!

  • NEEEEERRRRRDDDDDDDSSSSSSSS......

  • "Makes you stand on your own two feet cause our parents aren't with us."

Really? You're out of high-school spreading Mormonism during the day, exactly who pays the bills every day?

  • I offer to pray with and for them when they come to my door... They don't like that too much, especially when my boyfriend comes to the door to see who it is(we're gay)

  • @DJQuaZiLakeHavasu You're gay and that's supposed to mean something???

  • how much do you thank they had to cut out to not show the people who told them to fuck of!

  • Why is he wearing an "elder" badge if, i) he doesn't know the Bible, ii) he isn't married, iii) he hasn't been in the faith as an adult long enough to prove himself???

  • @savedbyjesusblood He has been ordained to the office of elder in the Melchizedek priesthood.

  • @hanohanonacowboy They don't brag had you read the posts you would see why I mentioned it.

  • Mormon missionary " You are black thus you are cursed." Black woman, "Yaza what cha sayin boy? Cursed?"

  • I salute the Mormon forces. They will witness America plunge into a New Civil War to prevent genocide. When it becomes apparent that the Texas and Michigan militias are winning, the Mormons will receive a new revelation to go forth and collect bureaucratic heads. Be patient with the Brethren. In the very end, they'll shine!

  • @JosephHuntington I didn't know you're Thomas S Monson. Are you a prophet? I didn't know you were qualified to receive revelation for the church? Since when does President Monson have time to prophecy via YouTube comments?

  • @RainbowManification All Christians have the Holy Spirit. They do not need a guy called President Monson to receive revelations for them. Another lie they tell is they have access to the Melchizedek priesthood. That is a lie. Only Jesus Christ fills the requirement for that role. Why do they blaspheme so much?

  • Comment removed

  • @savedbyjesusblood Your right in the fact that you can only be saved through the power of God. However the Melchizedek priesthood is the authority from God to perform spiritual ordinances and administer blessings because of Jesus Christ's physical absence. The Melchizedek priesthood is the power to do the will of God, they do not take the power of God unto themselves, but they are his servants and use Gods power to serve others.

  • Are they telling those people about how they think black people are cursed with their skin color?

Brainwashed suckers. Really sad to see them so badly exploited.

  • it says "the church employs" They don't get paid lol

  • I cant imagine the wild times....

  • You can tell these boys lack critical thought. The same is true for most religious fanatics. How sad it is to take a book written by mortal men and accept their 'truths' as your own.

If the almighty, all-loving God truly exists, he doesn't live in a building, you can't find him in a book, he doesn't need your tithes, he doesn't need you to recruit others into your cult, etc.

Find God in yourself, otherwise you are merely following the delusions of another.

  • @schlegelt you also lack critical thought i wont even start a debate the list would go on and on get a life by Btw these two boys need to repent and get out quick

  • @shawnrah Explain why you say I lack critical thought.

  • So awesome that these young men would give up 2 years of their lives and make such sacrifices for something they believe in and feel will help others.

  • @peaceliberty4all makes it all the worse that they're doing it for something that doesn't exist. Imagine if they'd actually gone around and helped out in homeless shelters instead of harassing people on their door steps.

  • @AchronTimeless Missionaries do a lot to help people like in Katrina, Chile's earthquake and wherever they can serve and help others. Even if they didn't it is still great to see 19 year old young men to do what they are doing. Not everyone sees it as a nuisance some people are very grateful that they do what they do.

  • @peaceliberty4all Oh yeah, we've all heard the reports of help that is denied until they finish fairy tale hour and make you say that you believe it. They are not helping people to help them, they are helping them to sell their product. It takes a very special kind of person to dedicate their life to selling you an idea that destroys your ability to think.

  • @AchronTimeless you sound like a moron haha...... you can say that about anything.

  • @peaceliberty4all: "Missionaries do a lot to help people like in Katrina, Chile's earthquake and wherever they can serve and help others."

-- LOL. If Mormons spent half the time and money actually helping others as they do bragging about how they help, the world would surely do a better (and much quieter) place.

Mormons spent over $24 million to pass Prop 8 in California to ban their neighbors from marrying. It was illegal. REAL churches use their money to help the needy.

  • Brainwashed.. so sad.

  • @chechnya Mormon boyz are hot.... :))

  • @chechnya lol what a typical moronic response. They do a great job helping others. I have run into those guys many times and never had a negative experience.

  • @darkwhyt All I said was they are brainwashed. I'm sure they are fine, upstanding people. But they are brainwashed into believing some bullshit religion. You make it sound like I said something negative about them.

  • @chechnya Can you elaborate without the generic swearing that most ignorant internet posters go to. Explain with something factual please. I look at all faiths, but I get annoyed with these types of comments. You're probably not a Christian judging by your language, but lets hear it?

  • @darkwhyt ALL religion is bogus. Not just Mormonism.

  • @darkwhyt They are lost as they have a false Jesus. Only the real Jesus Christ can save.

  • @savedbyjesusblood I hate to tell you, but the "jesus" they believe in seems the same to me. Without ignorant comments, why don't you explain yourself more than a typical 5th garde response. I look at all faiths, but hate ignorant minded people who give such silly comments without anything factual. Just sayin

  • @savedbyjesusblood LOL!?!?! What does that even mean? Can you say something that actually makes sense?

  • @darkwhyt which is exactly why it's sad. for someone, genuine, nice, and honest to be strongly associated with something so dishonest..well, there lies the sadness.

  • @darkwhyt But they are brainwashed into believing religion, especially Mormonism.

  • @chechnya k, buddy these guys are not brainwashed, they are simply on the lords errand

  • Spreading the lies and heresies and about a church that bares the name of jesus but has NOTHING to do with Jesus Christ. If you know the true Gospel of Jesus (from the Bible), tell these guys how far they are from Jesus. If you don't know about the Bible, just think about this: Mormons teach that Jesus is Satan's BROTHER!. They also affirm that there is no hell, and we can all become "gods" one day. These are just a few between HUNDREDS of heresies. STAY AWAY FROM MORMONISM!

  • @adalbertomodesusa your bible is no better than their book. You're both doing the same damn thing, the difference is you just think you're "right"!

  • @AchronTimeless Hi Ac. Well, first of all, it's no MY book, it's the Bible, and it happens to be the Word of God. I absolutely never said and God willing, never will say that "I'M RIGHT". There is a huge difference between Christianity from the Bible and Mormonism. I'm not here to judge anybody, but to be a announcer of the true Gospel of the Almighty Lord. Thank you for your comment. I understand you, but please believe-me, being Christian is NOT follow a religion, but Jesus!

  • @adalbertomodesusa Not a religion? You... have no idea what you're doing do you? Wow. There is no difference between christianity, mormonism, islam, judaism, scientology, greek mythology, etc. etc. etc. They are all stories made up by men in order to feel more comfortable with a world they don't understand. Ok, mormonism and scientology, especially scientology, are a bit more obvious, but still not any different. Also, can't say you're not saying you're "right" but turn around and claim it true.

  • @AchronTimeless OK, Arc. You believe whatever you want to believe. I'll stick with my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ :)

P.S.- I respect your boldness about the subject, regardless my disagreement about it.

  • the mormon church is fucking stupid.

  • You lost me at "MyFox" news and "I don't know alot about the bible" by one of the missionary.

  • I believe that in 1978 god changed his mind about black people.

I believe that ancient jews built boats and sailed to America.

I believe that the Garden of Eden was in Jackson County, Missouri.

    gotta love mormons

  • Methinks that the film "Latter Days" should be required viewing for all Mormon missionaries, and for all who open their doors to them, as well.

  • They prolly bone each other at night lol

  • I know the word of christ is true.

  • I am very thankful I have received the word of Christ through these missionaries.

I know the word of cursor is true. The scriptures can answer prayers. And the power of prayer is true. I do have traditional background but they are all very nice to respect the cultural background I have. It's not hard to obey the laws of heavenly atherosclerosis if you have strong faith.

  • These young missionaries are fulfilling the word of the gospel. To spread the word through scriptures and have many come upon the word of Christ and receive the ordinances and promises which are read through scriptures.

I am full Native American from Arizona. A new convert to the church for 3 years now. My mothers family have been members for 4 generations.

  • God is a sound people make when they are too tired to think anymore.

  • i feel sorry for them

  • dont mormon believes blacks are descendant of lucifer? That's really messed up

  • @solidysnake1 no...they don't....

  • fuck these bike punx hipster fags, Portland trash

  • Memphis Blacks should ask the mishies to explain about the churches racist policies up till 1978, and the racism still in the BOM regarding dark skin and unrighteousness.

  • Maroni alien god! Lol! Palmara n.y. 1823 Joseph smith 17, maroni is a alien deferent planet . Maroni that's what you pray for maroni? Lol! You crazy

  • @Bagatan63 learn how to spell before you attack ;)

  • They didn't tell us about Mormon soaking, sex through a sheet, OR their magical underwear!!

  • these kids are absolutely crazy

  • What a dangerous cult that these brain dead converts spread.

  • Comment removed

  • I BELIEVEEEEE

THAT THE GARDEN OF EDEN WAS IN JACKSON COUNTY, MISSOURI!

  • Mormon missionaries have faith that their story will convince others by its own truth.

How sad that their Church has so little faith in its message that it had to FORCE others to obey its dogma, as it did when it bankrolled Prop 8 in California and banned marriages it disapproved of for everyone in the state, including other churches and synagogues.

If Mormon beliefs are true, why do they need to force others to obey them? Shouldn't the "truth" be convincing enough? It is for the missionaries.

  • @hanohanonacowboy You're right about the missionaries. However, you entirely misrepresent Prop 8. To correct you the Church did not put a dollar into the debate. It was a coalition of the majority of churches in CA who opposed Prop 8. Mormons did not force anybody to do anything. That is the 3rd time CA voted on gay marriage and the result has been the same all 3 times.

  • @LifeFortuneHonor: "To correct you the Church did not put a dollar into the debate"

    -- You are misinformed.

The LDS Church was the ONLY denomination that donated tax-exempt Church funds to the political campaign. Because the Church lied about the amount of its donation until after the election, when voters could not use that information in making their decisions, they also became the only Church in 162 years of California to be fined by the state for breaking our election laws.

  • @LifeFortuneHonor: "Mormons did not force anybody to do anything."

-- Of course they did. Mormons organized the campaign and paid 70% of its cost. They changed the law--the most potent force in our society--in order to compel my church and over 200 others to change our religious sacraments and obey LDS doctrine on marriage. And in the process they turned the 11th Article of their Faith into a pathetic lie.

We're waiting to see if they will next tell us who we can't baptize.

  • @hanohanonacowboy The church did not donate a dollar to the campaign and what the litigation was over was that the church had paid employees putting their time into the cause. This is strange because every church in CA could have been fined for the same thing on either side of the argument. The LDS church much less in fact because there are very few paid employees of the church unlike the common paid ministries like yours I'd imagine. Obviously more than LDS faiths disagree with gay marriage.

  • @LifeFortuneHonor: "there are very few paid employees of the church"

--LOL. Your hierarchy lives very well. The fact that thay are given THINGS does not mean they are unpaid, any more that the fact that your Church donated THINGS means they did not contribute to the Prop 8 campaign. Whitney Clayton's Southwest Air tickets to confab with Prop 8 management were NOT bought with trading stamps. It was cold, hard cash. And this cash came from tithings with a religious tax exemption.

  • @hanohanonacowboy The LDS church has been praised for how modest its leaders live. Many of them have had successful careers prior to their callings. But surely the LDS church did no more as a church than others. As a people they did in deed stay true to their believes and donate a lot of time and money. That certainly cannot be a bad thing to knock doors and talk to neighbors about your beliefs.

  • @LifeFortuneHonor: "The LDS church has been praised for how modest its leaders live."

-- Mostly by Mormons. If you spent as much time being modest as you spend bragging about your modesty, the world would surely be a quieter place.

  • @hanohanonacowboy Maybe a quieter place but I think modesty and values should be voiced because they are essential to the success of this nation. Yes I am proud of my faith my family and my country.

The marriage issue was a states rights issue and the state spoke. Not once not twice but three times. I don't think it is my place but when it is an issue that affects so many social aspects of life including the education of my children it is surely the place of the state as a whole. CA spoke.

  • @LifeFortuneHonor: "CA spoke."

-- Who voted on your marriage, LifeFortuneHonor?

  • @hanohanonacowboy God, marriage has been around for 6 thousand years. Always between a man and a woman. Why should we change that now?

  • @LifeFortuneHonor: "Always between a man and a woman."

-- If you think things should be the way they have "always been" then you ought to get your hands off that keyboard and walk over to my house and tell me what you have to say.

And most of the folks who paid for the Prop 8 campaign have great-grandparents who were the product of marriages that don't meet your "6-thousand-year-old" definition of "a man and a woman".

  • @LifeFortuneHonor: "But surely the LDS church did no more as a church than others."

--You know better. No other denomination--NONE--had to file a Form 461 "Major Donor Campaign Statement" with the state. Yours is on file with our Secretary of State, signed by LDS General Counsel Boyd Black. Unfortunately for voters who wanted to know who was behind Prop 8, it was filed three months AFTER the election, in violation of Calif. law.

Are you a Church or a political action committee?

  • @hanohanonacowboy Only because the LDS church has been attacked so vigorously by the no 8 people. Remember it was 13 days work not money. Other churches were not attacked like the LDS church and its members. Violent crimes and vandalisms were committed against LDS members. That sounds like attacks by radical extremists to me.

  • @LifeFortuneHonor: "the church had paid employees putting their time into the cause."

-- What did they pay them with? Jelly beans? The equipment used to broadcast the political from the First Presidency was bought with MONEY. The website preservingmarriage. org was bought with MONEY. Here's a campaign ad you can see right here on YouTube: watch?v=A-jc4ujp9Ok This ad and dozens like it all cost MONEY to produce.

  • @hanohanonacowboy Important to note that Proposition 8 upheld the status quo that marriage is between a man and a woman. Gay marriages were illegally instituted prior to the 3rd vote on this issue. As for your church having to stop an practice that was allowed by politicians ignoring prop 22 I am sorry you see it that way. I am glad that all other churches like the LDS and Catholic don't have to allow gay marriages. May I suggest a carful reading of God's word and prayer on the issue.

  • @LifeFortuneHonor: "Proposition 8 upheld the status quo that marriage is between a man and a woman."

-- The status quo was marriage equality. 18,000 same-sex couples married in California before your Church banned it, and they remain legally married today. Prop 8 was a unique event: it represents the first time in any state in 236 years of US history that existing marriage rights were forcibly removed from any group of citizens.

You are dangerous extremists, pure and simple.

  • @hanohanonacowboy LOL dangerous extremists. Haha I think you are out of touch with the majority of America. I'm glad to hear the the majority of California voters are now members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints though being that 'my church approved prop 8'. I did enjoy the commercial you shared it spoke to a lot of truths about the issue. I'm glad these young people shared their views.

  • @LifeFortuneHonor: "I think you are out of touch with the majority of America."

-- Of course I am. So are people who believe in a goddess named "Heavenly Mother" and in baptizing dead folks by proxy. So are people who believe eating pork is forbidden by God.

That used to be the good thing about this country. Religious freedom was not a "majority rules" proposition. I am so sorry your organization is so un-American that you have decided other people's faith is yours to vote on.

  • @hanohanonacowboy I love America and what it stands for. I am not anti gay. I have a few gay friends. One of which recently got engaged to be married. After a long struggle he overcame his homosexual tendencies and will be married in an LDS temple. I think gays should be granted all legal rights of married people but marriage should not be changed. Best wishes to you and yours CowBoy!

  • @LifeFortuneHonor: "I think gays should be granted all legal rights of married people"

-- Marriage is a right. If you believe your neighbors are so far inferior to you that they should be denied this basic civil right, then the rest of your claims are absolutely hollow.

Maybe claiming to to support equality makes you somehow feel a little better about subjugating other citizens, but you're not fooling anyone but yourself.

You are not better than your neighbors.

  • @hanohanonacowboy Dont meet my definition? Gay people do not make babies period. Did you never get the birds and bees talk? I can promise you all of my ancestors at least 6 generations back (I have record) were in fact married as established by God.

I do not think I am better than anyone. I do believe that homosexuality is a sin against nature if that's what you're getting at. God hates the sin and not the sinner though nor do I.

  • @LifeFortuneHonor: "Gay people do not make babies period."

-- I'm gay. I have babies (actually, they're not babies any longer). You claim to have a gay friend who will marry soon. Do you plan to tell this "friend" that in your opinion he cannot "make babies period"?

  • @hanohanonacowboy You cannot MAKE babies from gay sex period! I also oppose gay adoption for obvious reasons. I said my gay friend overcame his gay tendencies. That means he is not gay anymore. He is marrying a female. So he will be able to make babies.

  • @LifeFortuneHonor: "I also oppose gay adoption"

-- Then go buy a law against that. Apparently you can aford it.

    .

"That means he is not gay anymore."

-- Then why did you mention him? You claim to have gay "friends". He is obviously not one of them.

  • @LifeFortuneHonor: "Did you never get the birds and bees talk?"

-- Is this six-thousand-year-old definition of marriage you spoke about suddenly changing? Does it now involve making babies? Are you going to change it some more tonight or are you done for now?

  • @hanohanonacowboy Does it now involve making babies..? Um it always has! "God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them. And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth"

  • @LifeFortuneHonor: ""God created man in his own image, blah, blah..."

-- I'm glad to see that you finally broke down and started quoting one of your holy books as your only justification for using force to do great harm to your neighbors and their families. I understand that Mohammed Atta was also quoting his holy texts in the moments just before impact. Thank you for so clearly illustrating that you and he are morally absolutely the same: dangerous religious extremists.

  • @hanohanonacowboy You're just mad at life because you are gay and you know it's wrong. Christ taught that to know if a doctrine is true you have to live it. In sin we tend to justify our actions. You should have gone on to read Exekiel 16:50 pride lead them to abomination, which is "thou shalt not lie with mankind, as with womankind: it is abomination" but yes it starts with selfish pride. More scripture that they were gay Gen 19:5, Deut 23:17, Isa 3:9, Tim 1:10, Jude 1:7 to name a few.

  • @LifeFortuneHonor: "You're just mad at life because you are gay..."

-- LOL. Patented Mormon defense #107: Attack anyone who criticizes you based on what you imagine their motivation is rather than by addressing any reasons they give for their criticism.

I believe this comes right after #106 ("they only criticize us because they don't understand our doctrine") and before #108 ("they're-anti-Mormon--they only criticize us because they hate us; not because we could EVER be wrong")

  • @LifeFortuneHonor: "Christ taught that to know if a doctrine is true you have to live it."

-- Yes. What he most definitely did NOT teach was that you ought FORCE your neighbors to obey that doctrine.

  • @LifeFortuneHonor: ""thou shalt not lie with mankind, as with womankind: it is abomination"

-- So are eating shrimp and touching a woman who is menstruating. Are you going to go collect money for a "Prop 9" to ban these things as well? Of course not. You only quote the Bible verses you want to quote as if you think they are an excuse for your bigotry. You aren't fooling anyone.

  • @LifeFortuneHonor: "More scripture that they were gay, blah, blah..."

-- Quote all you like. But the law you bought is not about homosexuality.

The fact is that there are already homosexualsin this country--millions of them--whether you think we are "sinful" or not. And they are citizens exactly as you are. The ONLY question is whether you are so far superior to these neighbors of yours that you deserve special legal rights that ought to be denied to them.

    You are not.

  • @hanohanonacowboy I dont agree with darwin but I can see his point about natural selection right now. Man + Man =

  • @LifeFortuneHonor: "Man + Man = "

    -- More irrelevant gibberish.

LFH, I'm sorry to do this, but I would like to offer you some unsolicited advice: If you are married, or if you ever plan to marry, please let me suggest that you not share with your wife this conviction you have that she is really nothing more than breed stock.

I happen to believe marriage is about much, much more and she might possibly just agree with me.

  • @hanohanonacowboy No cowboy, marriage is much more than you think. lds.org/family/proclamation?lang=eng

  • @LifeFortuneHonor Once again you illustrate for all to see that you are dangerous religious extremists. The document you reference, the one whose last paragraph revoked the 11th Article of your Faith 16 years ago, is a lovely summary of the beliefs of your First Presidency.

What is not at all lovely is your attempt to force those who are not of your faith to obey those beliefs.

  • @LifeFortuneHonor By the way, whether by coincidence or by "revelation", the Iranian Ayatollah authored a similar decree in the mid-90's, at the same time your Church was secretly rigging the marriage election in Hawaii, in their run-up to Prop 8.

The Ayatollah also used the force of law to compel all citizens to obey him, just as your "Prophet" did. Frankly, I can see no real difference between the two, but for the turban on the one and the tacky polyester suit on the other.

  • @LifeFortuneHonor: "I do not think I am better than anyone."

-- Sure you do. You believe you are entitled to the right to marry and that some of your neighbors are not. Period.

I am so sorry you cannot admit this even to yourself. I'm sure it very is hard to be a bigot when you also have a conscience. I'm also sure you'll get over it.

  • @hanohanonacowboy Do you believe in God? Did he mess up then and make people so they could not reproduce? Is marriage not a covenant between two people and God?

  • @LifeFortuneHonor: "I can promise you all of my ancestors at least 6 generations ... blah, blah..."

-- Maybe so. But most of the folks who contributed to Prop 8 had ancestors who were the product of marriages between one man and SEVERAL women. The same is true in a third of the world's countries today.

Marriage has also been "defined" as two people of the same religion and two of the same race.

Your "unchanging" definition is anything but.

  • @hanohanonacowboy Plural marriage was instituted by God in olden times. He gave man several wives on many occasions. There has been slight modifications to how God has asked man to serve him in different times not because He changes but because we change.

God also says in the Bible to kill all gays because they would destroy civilization. I am glad He does not want that today. Sucks for Sodom and Gomorrah though.

  • @LifeFortuneHonor: "Plural marriage was instituted by God in olden times. "

-- Which makes your six-thousand-year-old "definition" a crock of shit.

    .

    "There has been slight modifications..."

-- LOL. In other words, things change. Including the definition of marriage.

  • @LifeFortuneHonor: "Sucks for Sodom and Gomorrah"

-- Please do not expose your ignorance of the Bible any further; it's just emparassing.

"As I live, saith the Lord GOD, Sodom thy sister hath not done, she nor her daughters, as thou hast done, thou and thy daughters. Behold, this was the sin of thy sister Sodom: pride, fulness of bread, and abundance of idleness was in her and in her daughters, neither did she strengthen the hand of the poor and needy." --Ezekiel 16:48-49

  • @LifeFortuneHonor: "I am glad that all other churches like the LDS and Catholic don't have to allow gay marriages."

-- They don't. They didn't when it was legal, either. You don't have to let gays marry in your Temple. Or Catholics. Or Jews. Or atheists. Or anyone you don't want to marry there. You never did have to.

Why do you feel it is your place to tell my church which members of our congregation may be married in it?

  • THE CHURCH IS TRUE!!!! what up??

  • evn if mormon nonsense . gives you a full happy life. so then wot . its worthless compared to ETERNAL HELL . will you still think it was worth it. in hell 1st ull lose ur human body. then ull evn forget evr being human. a few millinia ull forget that theres even something outside of hell. so will it be worth it then . deliberately believing nonsense. wer is the logic of your belief

  • mathew 27;51 only bible author to say that loads of corpses came alive marched to CITY. wer seen by LOADS of ppl . the end. this happened same time as jesus coming back . yet this is a much bigger event . but NO1 ever heard this. all those witnesses going on about one ressurection , wot of this huge mass ressurection at same time . world news. u cnt die twice says jesus sp wer are these corpses now. did they go home . they shud still be alive today. see how bible says half told stories ......

  • @tuberobotto I don't think it's a waste of their lives. Our missionaries choose to get sent out to spread the gospel. Just as the lord commanded. And even if our religion is built on lies, personally it's doesn't bother me because I can say that I have leaned some valuable lessons from the church and even the Book of Mormon. So I guess it's really up to personal beliefs. :)

  • What wasted lives, and for what cause? Is the mormonism lie a cause worth all the pains? Before we start believing or empathising, shouldn't we check the lies and errors in their beliefs first? Did Joseph Smith believe in Jesus or on a demon named moroni? Wasn't all the contents of their book a contortion of lies imagined by their founder and wrote them under suspiciously fake circumstances?

Two young men beguiled by a lie, lead other people to do the same. What a waste of young lives.

  • antichrist will foll christians the easiest. they believe any bull. he can just take on the image of god or jesus to fool them. mathew 27;51 hundreds of corpses came alive same time as jesus supposed to have, yet this HUGE WORLD NEWS seen by all jerusalem city . yet no1 ever mentioned it. not evn other bible writers, see they are easy to fool. christianity is just another human worship started 400yrs ago, god dint tell them to make ther own churches and many bible version. they just did it

  • ppl know they are in a cult especially mormons that are rascist. warned by prophets yet they still join. why are they so stupid. its ALWAYS christians with cults, devil worshippers, witchcraft, inquisitions, crusades, holocausts, genocides, incest, rapes child choir boy rapes , xtians even banned science for 700years brutally killing , torturing, burning all who left or refused church. they have brought misery to the world since it began. world wud be better place without these vermin

  • @mrlogicalman1 I have been a member for 8 years, and my husband and I are both white, 18 months ago we adopted to Ethiopian children, and they are loved and adored and welcomed into the home of all of the members in our ward. I am told they are some of the smartest, quickest learning children that many of them have met. The misinterpretation of The Curse of Cain came into our church from protestant converts. It has been a painful process to change the understanding for all members, but it is.

  • why dint jesus save 20,000mayans a year being killed in pointless human sacrifices. thats 660,000ppl in 33years not one was saved. this cock sucker who started mormon cult . all they had to do was make him write same book twice with the stones. but they were retards too.

  • @mrlogicalman1 What I hear you saying, is that if Christ was real, and if he the kind person we say he is, then he would prevent suffering. I want to tell you that I've watched people suffer and die in the hospital for 25 years. And still, I know there is a Savior, Jesus Christ. God had a choice, to control us, or to give us freedom, he gave us freedom, and what we do with it is OUR fault, no God's. Do you think they aren't in agony when they see what some of their children do to others?

  • @brilliantlycreated Morman jesus /watch?v=46PXaJxzuDE

  • they seem to be nice people, but just really guillable to believe that load of crap

  • Everyone lives by a set of beliefs. Willfully going on a two year mission wasn't a waiste for me. I often handle life events with wisdom that I learned during those two years. I actually get satisfaction when I give to the church, thinking that I am helping out in the causes that it is fighting for. Members are taught that all mankind will feel an unquenchable regret if they do not repent of evil and follow the teachings of Jesus Christ.
