  • @njbrunton we shudnt be heating the oil to fry the turmeric just a tinsy bit rite??..it'l probably take away some of the properties??

  • @choorijamadar if you don't want to use it in cooking, you may choose to add it to hot water and take it as a tea. ectopic use of the herb is also another was of benefiting from turmeric

  • @SuperDelta000 You should not take too much of the herb at any one time, as it will make the food taste bitter. approx 1/2- 1/4 tsp in any one meal will be a good start. regards

  • For last one year I am buying organic turmeric powder online from indus organics at very reasonable price. Its realy a natures wonder herb.

I thank you for this wonderull information.After seeing your video I started to take 1 teaspoonful of Curcuma every morning....I also add one capusle of Bromlaine as I believe this helps to absorb better.that was 10 days ago and already I notice the swelling going down in my hands and feet...Should I continue with this on a daily basis....

  • It is good to take Turmeric, but you can have too much of a good think. Regular, little and often intake will be advisable. If you are afraid of Cancer then please consider taking Sodium Bicarb as well. You can always get back to me for more info if you like. Health and Happiness.

  • Daily intake: 1 tsp of the herb along with high doses of Omega 3 fish oils and Vitamin B3 will be useful to lower Tg levels

  • I just buy mustard and put a teaspoon of it on my scrambled eggs mixed w/ vegetables each day. That's the amount the YOUDocs said was enough. If you look at the ingredients for mustard, you will see turmeric is listed in there.
