And while disguising as a scout or medic is semi-stupid, it is indeed viable sometimes...people sometimes don't check or suspect.

However, as a scout, I can spare those few seconds to whack a slower, fellow scout. =D

You shouldn't be using disguises to blend in in the first place. Disguises should just keep you safe from turrets and from immediately being spotted. If players have time to look at you and they're not stupid, they'll spycheck whether you're going the right speed or not.

Cloak is for getting behind enemies. Disguise is just to keep you alive in the moment before the kill.
