THATS WEIRD ! I BAUGHT MINES, IT CAME WITH THE STRAP LENS CAP AND BATTERIES. DID NOT COME WITH USB CHORD OR ANY SOFT WARES!

At time1:45 he says that the camera comes with a memory card and its about 4gig, he says not that good? But then when he opens the camera battery compartment at 2:59 he says he has a Kodak memory card in it, and its 2gig? Duh, I don't get that! Do You? Why not use the 4gig instead?

I'm torn between this, and the Fujifilm S2950. They both have similar specs (although the Fuji has a higher zoom capability) and I can get them both for roughly the same price.

You need to put it on Macro Mode (Thingy)

@SomethingOfMe13 every camera got minimum focus point, more the issue of the lens, if the camera got macro mode, switch it to there, but still you still had some limitation on how close you could place the object in relative with your camera.

@randomtube2216 I just bought a Fujifilm S4000 and it's pretty good...720p HD videos, 14mp, 30X zoom, and you can find it for $279 on amazon.... I already took it out to the airport and took some good videos, if you want you can check one video on ma channel where a 747 from Lufthansa is landing, i took that one with that camera... AA are not a problem anymore since I bought 8 Sanyo Eneloop AA rechargable batteries for $20 at amazon... I'll make a video review about the camera soon.

NOT to rant on you but IN NO way is this camera a "digital slr", 1- you would "feel" the camera move when the mirror box opened, exposing the sensor. 2- there would be 0% shutter lag 3- hsn might of marketed it as a "digital slr" to make people into thinking it was a good deal 4- you would be able to change the lens 5- there is thing called a pentaprism witch allows u to look thought the lens and not a separate viewfinder or in this case a small screen in place of this. 6- the body would be huge

The autofocus isnt that great. i bout it for $180. and yes it can take good macro photos. As far as the shutterspeed goes. It varies
