1420 Crescent Street, Montreal - A Dangerous Building with NO Security

How can you complain? You chose the busiest street on the whole fucking island.

This has got to be the worst rental property in my 20 years of renting... The video is right... there is NO security, weekends are the worst with all kinds of crap going on in and outside of the building. rent is very HIGH 1450.00 to put up with all the pubs / bars that circle it.. there is non stop noise on the weekends / week long festivals in the summer... ITS A HORRIBLE RENTAL PROPERTY!

peter was the best , if he would of been working on the weekends he normaly worked my friend wouldnt of got beaten and robbed for 20 000 dollars , owners just wat the money of course , only normal after buying a 35 million dollar building ohhh well

why don't the tenants organize a tenants association. that's what they do in New York. ask around, get help from police to organize your petitiion and regain your rights. the owner, under law must ensure your safety!

LOL! i thought you were kidding at first! if you call the police and complain to the city, the owner will break down and get security.
