@bhe2xjo just stop using harsh stuff on your face, your skin on your face is very delicate. These scrubs, washes etc etc are all a marketing scam. My advice, be gentle, a simple face wash only twice a day morning and evening followed by a light moisturiser which is non comedegenic (lol what a word) , basically one that wont clog your pores. As for marks left behind, be patient, skin regenerates so top layers eventually shed off. Eat healthy and excercise alot, it helps. P.S. your good looking.
What you eat also impacts the bacteria growth, if you eat oily foods, such as pizza and things with alot of sauce, this oil gets on your chin, face, and your body will release more oil thinly as you clean your face, with the pores more free the oil doesn't remain contains and distributes more, with bacteria in the oil being spreaded more this will show a larger area irritated, like with dry skin from over cleaning, it's weird but it's true.

Yeah that stuff works, generally what alot of celebrities commercially use is Proactive Solution, but for a cheaper system, Dollar General Facial Cleanser or Clean and Clear works for cleaning, removes dirty oil and bacteria from face, and you need something during showers like a net scrubby to remove carefully dead skin, and use a moisturizer with aloe vera and an antibacterial solution which lowers redness and prevents bacteria growing longer and prevents drying skin.

Those aren't scars! The proper term I believe is called a Blemish. Blemishes take time to fade, make use of sun screen when you are out in the sun because the sun tends to darken those spots. I use a real Nice sun screen made for the skin on your face by Neutrogena with an spf of 90, My dermatologist told me to put it on religiously if out in the sun for a large amount of hours.
If you have acne or scars...use 2 spoons of Quaker..half a spoon of honey and 5 drops of lemon every day for 30-40 minutes..ITS ALL NATURAL and it will work!!

Option 1 : Drink 2 tbsp of Apple Cider Vinegar a day (found at most health food stores GNC, Vitamin World etc.) & also drink green tea religiously. This worked amazing for me.
Option 2: Havent tried this one yet but ive read & done a ton of research that says putting a light layer of Vitamin E oil directly on the acne scars will drastically fade scar appearance.
@tjello me too tjello! Like I said...for acne green tea is a miracle. Make sure your drinking decaf though since the caffiene could inflame acne. 4 cups a day and your skin will hopefully clear up within days like mine did. Ive been drinking straight pure green tea. Also try to cut down on dairy since it overstimulates the sebum producing glands under your skin which cause pimples. Good luck let me know if it works.
exfoliating is key. it breaks up the scarred tissue and stimulates cell regrowth. all these so called "acne scar treatment" formulas never worked for me but exfoliants have completely vanished mine.
Your still young, it's all down hill for acne from here on... which means you'll continue to look hotter as you age since you've already got a beautiful face ;)
if you still have your scars, then ou can use vita-k. i have much worse scars and i've been using it and it actually does show an improvment. it's also very useful for other things like blotchy skin and uneven skin tone.

@92benno92 - i've had people recommend to me to use proactiv...from their own personal experiences. But I have EXTREMELY dry and sensitive skin. It is VERY rare when a product actually DOESNT break me out. I'm more of a natural home-remedies person (im afraid of chemicals) so i didnt buy proactive, AND it costs a TON! :( . But luckily neutrogena reeally helped to control my acne. I still get a few, but it is noticeably MUCH better than before. I get complements! Thanks to my $10 neutrogena <3 :D

@MiSSloveish Clean & Clear is made for sensitive skin (not the actual acne kit) but the pore cleansers, and the 3 in 1 advantage foam. (which would cost more.)
if u had a job I'd recommend Zenmed (60$) For all skin types, and ALL natural ingrediants.

wow ur lucky compared to me i have them on the side of my face n they look like side burns lol so i wear mii hair down all the time now if you just keep ur face washed with hot water n soap it fades it a lil n stay out of the sun as much

Those aren't scars! The proper term I believe is called a Blemish. Blemishes take time to fade, make use of sun screen when you are out in the sun because the sun tends to darken those spots. I use a real Nice sun screen made for the skin on your face by Neutrogena with an spf of 90, My dermatologist told me to put it on religiously if out in the sun for a large amount of hours.

If you have acne or scars...use 2 spoons of Quaker..half a spoon of honey and 5 drops of lemon every day for 30-40 minutes..ITS ALL NATURAL and it will work!!

Option 1 : Drink 2 tbsp of Apple Cider Vinegar a day (found at most health food stores GNC, Vitamin World etc.) & also drink green tea religiously. This worked amazing for me.
Option 2: Havent tried this one yet but ive read & done a ton of research that says putting a light layer of Vitamin E oil directly on the acne scars will drastically fade scar appearance.

@tjello me too tjello! Like I said...for acne green tea is a miracle. Make sure your drinking decaf though since the caffiene could inflame acne. 4 cups a day and your skin will hopefully clear up within days like mine did. Ive been drinking straight pure green tea. Also try to cut down on dairy since it overstimulates the sebum producing glands under your skin which cause pimples. Good luck let me know if it works.

exfoliating is key. it breaks up the scarred tissue and stimulates cell regrowth. all these so called "acne scar treatment" formulas never worked for me but exfoliants have completely vanished mine.

if you still have your scars, then ou can use vita-k. i have much worse scars and i've been using it and it actually does show an improvment. it's also very useful for other things like blotchy skin and uneven skin tone.
