@woody369 yea, wen and if u do get ur qualification wen and were would it be in birmingham, oh and would there be an age limit coz im 11 and i did gymnastics in the city of birmingham club and i do trampolining now and im grade 4 (the best is grade 1) and i can do all the stuff so yea, is ther any parkour/freerunnung groups roun birmingham

This is Birmingham, UK, Not Alabama. So Your a little further than you think.

However you don't need to have 'really great places' to train. A walls and trees are enough to train balence, strength, fear, movement etc.

Firstly I wouldn't call them 'hot spots'

Second I don't like training in those two places for very long, because there is little to do, and yes sometimes security does ask us to leave the bank.
