  • This is the same in Europe, it's out of control and we humans have created this situation. Yet people are still allowed to breed animals and to let their dogs and cats produce more and more and more. If it's not stopped, in 5 years time can you imagine what it will be like? Every year it gets worse. When are the governments going to force sterilization because it's the ONLY anwer
