yeah... I now have a sore shoulder and still no round in the chamber... i can get the trigger to reset but thats it. doesnt rack enough to actually chamber a new round...

and i used snap caps. not real round. you should have too. but oh well.

I was able to do this with my 1911, but when I did it I had the hammer back to take tension off of the spring to make it easier? Is that cheating?
