How come the fire trucks get there so late . It seems like maybe there is a fire fighter shortage in your area. It also may me the call was far away from fire dept.
Where I live we keep a stream area cleared so the trucks can get water as there are no hydrants close to us. Its sad to see the house that far engulfed.
