I love this kind of music that lifts you up, helps you find your joy, speaks to your heart, inspires, motivates, teaches, reminds us what want to be & who we really are, is spiritual, connects us to one another, and/or has a good beat & you can dance to it (from "Dick Clark's American Bandstand" for those of you too young to remember ;).
