I do not agree with this! I believe the same effect could have been accomplished without all the cussing. Physically this could be bad as it may have stressed her lungs or body, although if she was hurt, then she should have said something.

The psychological upside is that she achieved the 30 seconds, but at the same time, I think the speed may have been reduced on the treadmill.

But think about this: if they didn't have the elimination, the competitors wouldn't have any encouragement for losing their weights. They work their asses off to avoid the elimination and being thin! The elimination thing is just an entertainment for some groups of viewer, that's all.

They send you home because its a GAME, and every contestant knows the rules, so if they decide to go, they are aware of that. Is not about being good enough, it's about doing what your supposed to do. That is why they send you home commiting you to lose weight the same way. There is also the money, they eliminate because one will be the outstanding and take the 250.000.

They do it as a competition, because thats whats moving people around today.
