buddy if its serious question, then listen, three main motorways have got 100s of highways. and there are so many highways which connect every city from small villages. i really dont know how many highways wew have got. but one thing i know that last year when i was in pakistan, i travelled from south to north by road. and i was driving on big highways with bridges, flyovers etc in the whole way.

Nawaz Sharif, made only one motorway -- M2 (Lahore -- Islamabad). Under Musharraf 6 motorways are either completed or under construction.
