hmm if you had more smaller wheels how would that effect the center ,,more drag? looked up the pi ratio and tested it ? on a multi level system with angled magnets so upper levels respond to the center whel spinin perhaps dual cone setup with one center bottom mounted cone within a larger cone top mounted or two converted cones ya know like a the letter "V" and "A" next to it? maybe surounded by many v cones im sure gratity could assist. and you may need different strength mag ,, nice video

have you tried to pulse the smaller rotor and use the big rotor for generating. what are you going to use the small rotor for?

Of course there is a battery, this is a Bedini SSG circuit and a battery is critical in this circuit. Do a google search!
