Man, this areas is beautiful. I have only known one child to have had cancer. She was 14 years of age when she passed away. She was always a happy and positive person, from what I saw with my limited time knowing her. She definitely won't be forgotten by me.
@grandplans Thanks for watching. Yeah, Colorado is definitely a beautiful place. My first time here was when I was recruited to run track and cross country at CSU, and it took just that visit to know I'd found my home.
@RedSmoky Thanks, Red. You're not so bad yourself. When I saw this event listed, I knew I had to do it, for the sake of kids like Coleman and TJ, and all the others who face Cancer's challenges.
@DynaCatlovesme More like my neck needs shock absorbers... the cam is a helmet mount. There's a handlebar mount I can get from my sponsor for that cam, and that will at least improve the aim.
@button1943 Thanks, Vic. Yeah, life is very hard for some, and illness can be a huge burden. I strongly suggest visiting TJ's mom's channel at @wackadoodlefreezone
They're going through some extremely tough times right now, and could be homeless soon... mostly due to medical costs.
Thanks, Tim. The exercise keeps me sane, and it's good to know that I can help others through my efforts. I was actually commuting across town in this one... to pick up my car from the shop- axle shaft wore out. Clear Creek trail was the safest and most scenic route I could use, and it goes the distance.
