This is a very nice video. Though both the mantras below are associated with awakening (and the Gayatri specifically with the sun) they are not the Surya Namaskara mantras. There are 2 sets of 12 mantras that imbibe the vibration of each of the 12 poses in half a round of the practice of Surya Namaskara. Google it or pick up any Bihar School of Yoga book.
