try ebay they show up every few months I got mine from ebay and sometime they cost $250 and they are usually for bid but I got lucky I got a grate deal mine was buy it now and $208 something like that I don't i got mine a long time ago

It is, its just they diden't make it for long so it costs like a $150-$200

yes it is a real tamagotchi is says tamagotch at the top and some tamagotchis say tamagotch at the top it is called the yasashii tamagotchi it is the rarest tamagotchi I have one too sometime they cost up to $250.00 and they are really hard to find you are lucky to get one if you find one

Cool Yasashii!! I'm still looking to get one, I know they're super rare & expensive. I want to get a blue one like the one in the video. There was a yellow one on ebay a few days ago, but I didn't see how much it went for. Yasashii looks bigger than my Deka. I love those light up buttons!

hey i have a question lets say u buy a tamagotchi like the ocean its still MINT in the box will the battery alredy have busted the circit cuz its been there 2 long like 11 yrs cuz it was made in 1997 then in 2008 peese tell me cuz i see a ocean but its MINT in the box but i dont know if its busted pleese help

I can answer this for you. :) You shouldn't have any problem at all. I've bought several 1997 Tamagotchi, a lot of which are mint in the box since that time. When I pull the tab, the battery works fine. Hope this helps, and hope you win the Ocean. :D
