If you have a debt, with the Lloyds TSB Group or RBS ( and associated lenders under these group ) they owe you money. Public money was used to bail these two instutions out, so they owe you money. My understanding is under the law, you have the right to not pay , until the above banks pay off their debt back in FULL. Human Rights in my opinion. Its very complicated the banking, compliance and regulatory infrastructure, keep it simple stupid public. Your rights are never told and covered up.
