@TeabagTore they killed off Alex, I'm assuming because it was in the books. I haven't read them so I don't know for sure but that's what I'm assuming. Everyone loved him so...

Seriously?! I had no idea. Why would he leave just to film one movie? I mean, Orange County was great, but he could have done that and continued with the show. Shiri filmed A Time for Dancing while doing Roswell, so it was possible to do both at once. Aw, I loved Alex on the show. I hated it when he died.
