What's ironic is that he went to Nascar to feel "safer". He is involved in TWO incredible flips and walks away perfectly unharmed. He is involved in a slight T-bone accident in Nascrap, and he breaks his ankle. Figures...

I actually could've been there because my dad had a voucher for two tickets... but he didn't know it until like 2 weeks after the race. Which was kind of weird because I was asking my mom was I wasn't in Sparta when I was watching it on TV.

unbelievable view...shows the real speed..i feel bad for him but he admitted he forgot it was the checkered flag...why nobody in his crew or spotter radioed to him it was the last lap is beyond me....but he is very lucky he didn't catch the fence on his angle..

This accident has nothing to do with the flying thing, this is what happens in open wheel racing when a car runs over the rear tire of another car. They will get airborne.

As for Dario's Michigan wreck the week before, I would agree that the car should not have gotten upside down in that case. That's just too much downforce.

Thank god Dario came out of both of those accidents all right!

What an amazing spectators view of Dario's crash, amazing strength in the car, if that happend 5 years ago the car would have broken in half with an impact like that.
