I was watching this, and while Toby was approaching the man hanging in the cage at 3:58, an empty wattle bottle next to me cracking all by itself… My heart simply cannot stand any more of this.

And the wheel in the last episode was called the Catherine Wheel. Torturers would slowly spin the wheel while smashing the victims limbs with an iron hammer. Usually they would leave the victim out there for days and bird would often eat them.

The triangle torture device was actually called the Judas Cradle. The victim’s orifice would be placed on the cradle, then slowly lowered onto it by ropes. Thus, stretching the orifice and ending in death. Often would die from infection because they never properly cleaned it.
