Why wasn't Sutton prosecuted for tampering with evidence, the defense counsel of the two border patrol agents had a legal right to know about the Davila's arrest for drug smuggling after the shooting incident. The DOJ wants those drugs on our streets to feed the "War on Drugs". It helps to further erode our civil liberties without contest from the sheeple!! Just like smuggling guns into Mexico will help clamp down on ownership in the States!!
