@35057 depends on what your doing. body lifts are pretty bad for your truck if you get into it, there horrible. if your not much of a offroader and want a bigger tire then sure do a body lift but you know why bother,

@nonstop454 Well, I've got a bad clunking that I'm pretty sure is a body mount to begin with.. Since Energy Suspension doesn't make much for the Canyon/Colorado replacement of the body mounts is my only other option, other than replacing them with stock bushings.

do you need a special tool to remove torsion bars or can you just lift the truck off the ground and take out the bolts on the back of bars then take bars out
