They didnt hate motlry crue. Not at this point, anyways. At this point, Crue was still heavy, it was after shout at the devil that they started to get softer, and Metallica started to dislike them. But yeah, I definitely hear a lot of Diamond Head influence here.

But The Mechanix and the original Jump In The Fire lyrics sound better, you listen to them and they sound better.
