@kao81811 to get Baby Luigi you have to unlock 8 fast staff ghosts then do any grand prix. To get Funky you need to unlock 4 fast staff ghosts and do any grand prix.

@SYDNEYtheAWESOME You get a star rank by getting one star in every single race in the Grand Prix mode. If you want more than one star,get the same amount of stars,say two for example,in all races in order to bump up the rank.
