I have a Teryx. The fuel pump goes out every few months. The dealership concluded its the machine. I checked around and others have had this problem. $600.00 every few months can get expensive quick! I called Kawasaki and they were just rude and uncaring. So from personal experience BUYER BEWARE!!!

@bronzesel same with all honda has same problem. i got a rincon 650 and there should be a recall on the speedometer problems. goin 0-90 in nutral. WTF and they dont care

@m109r67 It's only money!!! :-) Bought it brand new put another 5g into it "made most of our own mods as nobody had any out yet" took it to Dunefest "August 2009" in Winchester Bay won the SS bracket races, brought it home and have driven it 5 times since then. Happy Holidays all!!! RZR

@rzreater That right.. Its only money.I put alot of money in a ds650x,,And yes it was fast but it still wouldnt out handle the smaller qauds.Put some money in a RZR and you going to get a much faster SXS and will handle better than than jap SXS's. You can take the rzr down a four wheeler trail.

@m109r67 Probably not much considering the americain built polaris isn't worth shit reliability-wise. i'd modify a jap anytime without strees but wouldn't even think of buying an americain off-road vehicle without regretting thinking about it. Only thing worse than a polaris would be an Artic Cat!

umm yeah, that's what they are designed for, and trail dirtbikes can be raced, you just have to know the limit of them, i have a yamaha tt-r 225, which is an absolute tank, and take it on tracks every once in a while and it does just fine

trails bikes have crappy suspension though you should just get a nice crf250r or an x model theyre awesome bikes my cousins works miracles on his crf250r i would neve have the balls to do wht he does x( once i finish highschool im thinkin bout dumpin my savings on a used crf250 or yfz450 :D

all dirtbikes are nice in their own way, except for suzuki...haha, but i've been a yamaha guy all my life and going to honda would be very against my nature. i agree on trail bikes having crappy suspension too, my tt-r 225 is like a tank riding on sponges when it comes to suspension

ya i ride my uncle's xr250 and that thing weighs a ton!!! im afraid to try my cousin's crf250r but i prefer 400-450cc quads. My family are all honda fans but i like yamaha's quads and their 2 strokes seem preety good. Yamaha has been the top sport quad manufacturer since 2004 and they still dominate I wanna try out their new yfz450r :D
