Budokai 1 had the best story mode of any DBZ game. 1 question I must ask is when did they release a version with the english voice actors? Because every copy I have played was all with Japenese voice actors.

this is the 1st dbz game on the ps2 and it totally dominated the later dbz games, and the soundtrack to this game is so damn awesome too, i never thought this game sucked it was really awesome for me

what i dont get is, why throughout all the dbz budokai games didnt they make one gohan charecter or costume with his tail and sword. i know it was mostly used for the filler episoes of the saiyan saga but i still rate it as the best look for gohan as a child -_-

i love tenkaiichi 3 alot but i say this one had the better storyline ii mean why cant they have these cutscenes like theyve been having instead they do crappy quick ones but these made sense and even ahd extra gaem parts

funny thing about this is tthe creators got last and didn't want to create any more alternate costumes for the game so they put goku in his weighted clothes to fight raditz when he DID infact remove his undershirt wristbands & shoes to increase is power level so this is truly a failed cutscene.

My very first DBZ game that wasn't made in the early 1990's. I freaked out playing this, I was such a nerd, I played this for months. (I got it nearing the end of the Buu saga, I still loved it though, Tenkaichi sapped all the thirst I had for DBZ games though :(

Yeah rafy354, I hate the cutscenes in all of the DBZ games accept Budokai 1. Now, they never follow the story correctly and they are just the guys in a fighting pose talking to each other.. I want to see Gohan head but Raditz in a newer game.. not just stand in 1 place and "cry".
