  • OMG! I saw the disaster with the sauce coming immediately, as did your hosts. Please never hold a sauce bottle like that again ~ unless you truly do want half the contents on your plate.

    Those steaks looked really YUMMY! I hope they offer SOUTH AFRICAN wine there too. We have some of the finest wines in the world.

  • he is right you lose a lot of the flavor if you over-cook it;

    but you also lose a lot of flavor by adding so much salt. :(

    So i prefer i steak med-rare with no salt, no seasoning & no spices.
