Beth...if you get a chance, check out the four part sermon called "The Book that Changed History" by the late John Osteen!! It is amazing, especially part 4, listen to the very end of each one. I prayed earlier today for God to take over my life and let me become whatever it is He wants me to, and tonight I found,by chance,the 4 pt series, half hour each,and I understand so much more than I did!! I learned so much from it, I know it was God's doing Beth, I just know it!! I think you'll enjoy!
13:33!! Wow,,,how awesome is that feeling of knowing that not only was Jesus praying for us, but that he prayed that we could all JOIN Him in Heaven to see all the glory His Father has for him there!? Thank you for sharing this one too Beth..I love it. I'm going to read it later today!
I had to stop at 16:08 because it is one of those wow moments! I hear/read all the time that Jesus is in us, but that verse just made it so much clearer to me,..God and Jesus are one, and we and Jesus AND God are one, it just makes so much more SENSE to me now!! Thank you for sharing your feelings about having questions about things you read Beth, because I have the same feelings at times and the guilt just eats at me..but since you say God told you it wasnt that big of a deal-I know its ok!
