They had so much more SOUL than they do now. They incorporated jazz and non-metal guitar styles, pretty innovative samples, much more noticeable bass parts, and I can actually hear the custom percussion on this album. The only thing that sucked on MFKR was Anders' vocals, no offense, they weren't all that hot. I'm so happy Donnie Steele is joining the band again, but it's still upsetting that Paul had to die.

I know this is 3 weeks old, but your right Paul was originally the lead guitarist, Donnie was the original bass player until Mick and James came into the picture and Paul was moved to bass and I believe Donnie quite or got fired don't remember much about him! So yeah Donnie will probably be his replacement, but who cares at least Slipknot will still be around and rocking!

I like Slipknot better with Corey, but the MFKR version of this song if way better than the Iowa version, at least in my opinion. Corey can't sing the lower notes in this song, and I don't think it sounds too good.

Witch means that it has the songs and everything but it's not the actual cd.

But it could be a real one, but most likely it's not a real one.

So you could buy it just if you want a cd with the songs on, but don't buy it if your looking for the real deal.

Also it should be anders on that picture and not corey. Chris shouldn't either be on that picture.... And Clown is missing, so basicly you can just ignore that picture 'cause it doesn't belong in this video. I guess i didn't pay attention to what picture I used.

I've grown up with Corey. It was his voice actually that attracted me to Slipknot in the first place. To hear songs from another is like finding our the man you've called father your entire life is not really your blood related father. i think anders sounds a little bit like jamie jasta. i prefer coreys style, he has much more depth and range and sounds more unhinged and tormented (on the first album anyway) with suits the fucked up imagery better.

I agree with AdamBekier Anders Colsefini's voice fitted this style of slipknot perfectly but dont get me wrong people i think corey is good too but corey is better for the most recent songs like Snuff and Dead Memories where as Anders Colsefini's voice would have been great for slipknots heavier songs like Spit it Out and People = Shit i really wish he had stayed with the band
