I will not hate on the non-believers because if I was not there I would not believe it. And yes it was hard to video tape with a digital camera "and not having a tripod ready!" so its a little shaky.... but the only proof of the moving lights is the green light with the stop sign in the picture.....It was one of those where you just had to be there.....

If you look closely when the stop sign is in the video, there does appear to be a string or beam that directly correlates to the object in the sky. I am guessing maybe it was a laser pointer on some cloud cover or something like that. The string looking thing definitely makes me question it.

I saw a ufo in 1993 in the mountains in southern Idaho. It stayed there for several hours,did not move, sky was clear. It too changed colors, red,green,blue,white and stayed on each color for several minutes or more. we watched a couple of hrs, it never left, did not move with the stars, did not go north south like the satellites. it was definately not a plane, a helicopter, or a laser pointer!

btw, if you dont know what it was, its a ufo, unidentified flying object. period. it doesnt have to be alien to be a ufo. it might be one of our own things they wont tell you about because its classified.

It is difficult to edit videos created on a cell phone camera (which i THINK is what he was using).

Most cell phone camera's use a quicktime format, which, once created is not easy to change afterwards.

That can easily be faked. First of all, you start off with natural light from the brightest "star" in the night sky. You fix on it by zooming in and out which causes the light to become bigger and smaller. Moving the camera around makes it appear it is moving. You can't prove it was moving on its own. So after a couple minutes or so of watching this you kept taping nothing at all only to add special effects after you stopped filming. Nice attempt but clearly a poor attempt nonetheless.

Also, once the guy filming gets the stop sign and street sign into the picture you can see to the lower right of the screen, very clearly, you can see the string. So now I'm thinking it was a kite of some kind with maybe a light on it. But it doesn't matter what it is, bottom line is this is a total fake.

Yeah, why didn't you guys have a tripod ready or buy a better camera to make bryandg happy? You obviously knew a UFO was coming. Bryandg is unhappy, but apparently he works at NORAD and has solved this satellite mystery in one sentence...also his advice as a real estate agent--get out of that run down Liberty Lake area of $300,000+ homes can't be ignored.

Lets try to be scientific, get rid of the mundane answers first, then you can add low flying darting satellites and aliens.

Wow...underwhelming. Why do people videotape this crap? The cameras are not sharp enough to give any clue what it is, not to mention to constant jittering of the camera, giving no idea as to its movement.

Either way looks like you guys discovered a satellite.

Bryandg, not trying to say its real, but if you have skywatched for satellites as often as i have and seen as many as i have you would know that a satellite does not change direction. it flys over in an arc.

You are all wrong if you knew about the cover up of UFOs and that they have been observing mankind since our beginning you would know this is no big deal. thousand of UFOs have been seen and you are not told or show any of the one the astronauts see all the time. Try looking up greys nephilim or annunaki paladians etc

I lived in and watched the skies of the QC for 22 years and was never lucky enough to see anything like this.

When was your sighting?

is there more than one QC? It was in Scott County park. I was 14 or 15 so that was probably in... 2000. It was an orange light and it moved just like the ones in this video. except it shot off across the horizon (very quickly) after hovering and moving around for just about a minute.

There's only one Quad Cities I know of... Moline, Rock Island, Davenport, and Bettendorf, right? I grew up just east of there.

Anyway, that's cool. I hope to have a U.F.O. sighting myself one of these days. But then again, I kinda hope I don't, as I have a feeling it would terrify me. :)

I didn't think it was scary. I can't figure out why they would hover over and then fly off... with out landing and having a cup of coffee or something. I just hope when they do land they look some what... magical or majestic and not like giant insects.

Suggestions: One ask for FAA radar tapes. Two it could be a remote controlled model aircraft. Three a kite with a light--was the wind blowing? Triangulate the object with neighbors and other witnesses.

Lastly, refuse to do any news interviews, only if they put in writing that they will not misrepresent your statements with "music", alien jokes, or "dramatics". UFO stories actually generate a lot of web traffic for newsites, so just refuse them until one network takes your story seriously.

A satellite? My uncle built satellites, I've seen satellites...that is not a satellite. Satellites are in orbit, and they don't orbit "under" the clouds. They go in straight lines across the sky, and usually are not bright enough to be seen if there is a street light nearby.
