this song really does get to me and my friend i cant stop listenin to your version of this every single day absoloutley brilliant mate incredible words just can't say how good you are with that song.
Cheers from Texas, bet you have a good heart to take the time to put this classic to guitar, it usually only touches someone WITH a good heart, thanks, I enjoyed it.
I have to agree. This is a very nice version (a lousy guitar player writes enviously!), but I was once awakened by my alarm clock tuned in to a radio station on which Stacey was singing Hushabye Mountain. It was both surreal and wonderful at the same time.
Someone(I meant to reply but hit remove) on here has mentioned they were going to teach the lyrics to thier little girl. I wanted to mention, someone else has another video from the musical with all the correct lyrics that has been posted on youtube.
My hands are very dry(makes squeak noise on round-wound strings). I don't mind the squeak sound. To me it only adds realism. The fine people at Roland even added it to thier patch library for General MIDI/GS equipment they make, called "fret noise".
This is beautiful! keep it up. x
