Yes definitely. The Griggs GR40 SS chassis upgrade and the Ford Racing GT500 Brake upgrade with Brembo calipers. Its all about saving $ now. Especially after all the credit card companies have lowered everyone's available credit. Even if you've paid them off. Just saving $.

motorsport headers, pypes off road x pipe, flowmaster 2 chamber american thunder mufflers. Go with long tubes though in the headers. I want change to long tubes because the exhaust sounds a bit tin cannish and the long headers I think sound deeper.

the block is next. I've maxed the HP on the block and fuel system so we're rebuilding the block with new heads. The cams are through blow by racing from Comp cams. Smaller blower pulley and 90 mm idler pulley and cold air intake. Sct programmer and dynotuned by Dennis ramsey in Tampa. Pro 5.0 champ a couple years ago.Keep me updated

I agree with you. I want to drop it a little in the back but have thought about putting a larger rim and tire in the back as well. The rims are 19's and the rear tires are 285/35/19's. 255/40/19's up front. Any suggestions?

I know a guy with a shelby super snake and it comes stock with a 285/35/20 on the back that looks nice but if your going to lower it too I would go with the 275/35/20 just because you might have some rub issue with the 285's.

I test drove an 04 svt cobra today,(black one) and a pewter gray 427. 04 is a bad ass ride, built like a tank, but the 427r is better at harnessing the power it has and putting it down. 427 has my vote, and I have been driving both for 6 months to decide, and I am going with the 427.

I've got a stage 1 2005 roush mustang. Mine's black though =). I want it supercharged. Any tips on where should I go?

Go to Kenne Belle online and depending on the HP you're seeking they have some wicked Blowers. The 2.6L is a great supercharger and if you build the block on it they make a 2.8L called the Mammoth which is sick. I've owned Vortech's as well and they are great centrifigal superchargers.

Some people like it and some don't. I wish it was a little deeper but the answer is I don't know. Maybe Comp cams XE253H-115 Camshaft or exhaust setup. Eventually I want long tube headers and new heads so hopefully that will deepen it a little.

I got my 07 GT a couple years ago and just started working on Stage 1. Got most of the body kit on, except the rear and exhaust, which I just ordered today. Couple of other visual mods and a Roush Cold Air Intake. Slow going, not a lot of funds, but I can't wait to get to Stage 3. Again, SWEET car!

Thanks man. Its exciting building one and a lot of fun making it original in little ways. We are putting white stripes and decals later today and are replacing the Roushcharged decals on the hood and replaced with some sweet chrome supercharged badges off a supercharged Callaway Corvette. Make sure you take pics and vids along the way so you can make a movie showing the transformation. I'll have a Roush supercharger and intercooler for sale soon to make way for the 2.8 Mammoth Kenne Bell.
