I wonder if that guy was elected into office or appointed by a government official. It'd make sense if he was just appointed by someone and now he's just looking for things to do because a politician would be looking at this as an opportunity to say down the road "hey look what I did to make us safer". Pointless legislation.
very interesting, pretty much what I thought, no true motivation besides being bored and trying to redefine an existign law, but why? even though the law was set in the 50's because the "gangs" tend to use that style knife, why woudl we try to redefine it today? sounds to me they have nothign to do and didnt realize there were so many knife enthusiats out there now outraged by this, I am guessing they rtealize its a bad decision now though, lol I hope they change their minds..
