It DOES work... i remember when Cydia and RedSn0w was more button smashing and restore this and restore that and just plain ol' "Theres a 90% chance this will not work" aaaaa... those were the days... thats when finally (after a few days) you got it right and felt accomplished and showed it off at school... When you go to Settings>General>About , Under Model, If it begins with MC then it is an MC model, if not , then you're good.
