Well I feel stupid .I did the same concept of not sleeping but instead of this excellent exploit I mapped out all the needed locations for my major skill trainers. not very fun or efficient. I am curious though as to where that alter of spell creation is. As you joined the mages guild second to the creating. Maybe you just put the clips in the wrong sequence?
That would be the fast and easy way to do it. I still enjoy finding glitches and exploits that all can do. Hacking/modding seems to be the new norm, Not many people search for fun glitches in games anymore.
@RealArchaic when you do that glitch and get your level 100+ dont the enemies get too hard to kill? cause i was on the pc and i used the console to level me and i got over level 100 with all my skills at 100 and the ones that governs other skills but the enemies were too hard to kill so i never left any cities

Because you can't lol. The skills all have a maximum level of 100 without doing the training exploit. Your own maximum level depends on your major skills. When you make your character, your race and specialization adds levels to your skills off the top. Once you start playing the game, every 10 major skill increases equals 1 level. The minimum starting point for major skills is 25, so if all of your major skills start here, that is 525 major skill increases leading to 52 level ups.
The spells are only there so you can train forever with the same trainer without having to track down a Master Trainer. As long as your skill is always around zero while training by casting the spells the trainer thinks you are that level and you can keep the same trainer even when your skill is at master. As your skill goes up you will have to cast more and more drain spells to fool the trainer (3 to 5) to make him think you are still zero in skill.
Simple answer for a simple question lol, You trained while your skill was not reading as zero. This is why you make and use the spells (3 to 5), They serve no other purpose.
Idk if it was already posted, I didn't see it, but when you're doing this, level up Endurance every level( I reccommend choosing Armorer, Heavy Armor, and Block as Major skills, they are under Endurance and easy to train), so that your Endurance go us fast. Do this, because everytime you level up, you're health increases by 1/10 of your Enduance. So, at 100 Endurance(Which can be reached rather quickly using this method), you gain 10 HP per level. It adds up FAST! Just sayin....
hey .. i got a question i did exactly what u did and trained alteration and all that and got to lvl 63 (thank u so much u rock) but if i max out my alteration again can i get drain skills of a different sort say alchemy and do the same with alchemy because alteration take too long to lvl up... lol plz respond !!
@RayLemElPabloBlanco If you have a USB thumb/flash drive why don't you just download a pre made save at the beginning of the game with all items and enough books to reach level 300+, Watch the clip in the "Video Response" below the above clip.
@RayLemElPabloBlanco Actually, I got alchemy to 100 in the first hour in the game. Just get one rat meat and one mort flesh in the tunnels, and dupe it in the marketplace of the imperial city. I just keep making potions and selling them. Simple.
Oblivion is considered a good game but I disagree the leveling,sloppy menu,shitty dlc left much to be desired. We need to stop awarding devs for making bad games! Why must we do damage equations and break out spreadsheets to enjoy a game these days?

Do the felldew quest level up then delete Shivering Isles from my Hard drive, load the save with out shivering isles then save to a new save spot (It will give you a message saying some things might be missing, click OK). Now I go back to the dashboard and download Shivering Isles again, Load the new save you just made? and do the whole felldew/shivering isles quest all over again. Your level is saved, But the game thinks you have not done the quest so you get all those level ups all over again
Every 1000 visits to jail (1 in 1000) you have a chance of a single attribute being lowered by one point at random and one in ten chance of a skill being lowered by 2-10 points. It took me a few months to get my attributes lowered to the point that I was able to reach the level cap of 255.
Im really sorry but this is my last question. Can we train in the other skills that we wont do the exploit on? Like I train in restoration and I use the exploit in Allteration. Is that possible?
Why do we need to make thee drain speels when you made two? Also do we alternate the speels between training as cast 001 train to 5 of 5 then sleep then use say 002 then train then sleep and o forth?

Why do we need to make 3 dain skill spells? You made 2 and didnt really specify if we alternate each spell between trainings if you could just like clarify a few thing like this Ill know just what to do thank you.

I have already leveled up my character to level 104 the same way you have shown above with the Argonian in Cheydinhal for alteration, but after using the felldew & waiting for the "Ruiness Felldew Withdrawl" to kick in, I use all three Alteration draining spells on myself & it still wont let me train! I don't understand your question. Tou must get all 7 skills to 100 without sleeping, without training, and without leveling up. Once this is done you go and cast all 3 to 5 spells and train 5 out 5 then sleep. level up and then repeat tell you are level 100+ as shown in the clip. Read the more info tab if you need mire help, It's all covered there.
There's an easier way, specially if you are an evil guy, just have a bounty of at least 50,000 gold without being the gray fox, and go to jail, you will be taken off about 50 levels of random skills, do over and over till you are apprentice on each, and level up again. It makes the game even better.
@sofastbye the spells you can create are the same as the spells you can cast. for example, you can only make a "fireball" spell if you have a fireball spell in your inventory.
Um.....I did everything that you mentioned, and I got to lvl 101, which is very cool and all (seriously, thanks), but I've done a few dungeon runs and my loot seems no better than it would be for a character in the 40s, definitely not "20 to 30 items per container".....
Actually, all chests and enemies max out at a specified level. Bethesda never meant for people to level past 50, so the max level for chests and enemies/armour is around level 50 for the highest levels, and around 21 for the weaker chests and enemies.
You are correct on the level of the items, But the higher the level you are the more items you will find in said box/chest. Below level 50 and you find 3 to 8 items per container, Above level 100 and you find upwards of 20 to 30 items per container all at there max level.
Whats the point? My level 49 Wood Elf has more health, magicka, and fatigue plus 100 in every attribute except luck. She could kick your Dark Elf's ass.

360k views lol! there is a really easy way to get loaded! get loads of scrolls of one spell and, equip it in books, then go up to an item and drop it, (note do it all keeping on ur invitory) then how many scrolls u have will drop as that i items,(example, u have 16 of one scroll, equip, go to a clothing item (valuable ring) and drop then 16 of them will come, and u sell and keep doing, i got to 1 mil on a new character lvl 1 it was funny)

But if you power level up using trainers (as shown in my clips) and the jail exploit or the Felldew glitch it is possible to reach level cap of 255 on PC, PS3 and Xbox360 now.
Create a new character and as soon as you get out of the sewers go and do the anvil mages guild quest to gain the recommendation (Before you get your skills to 100), that is the only quest needed to sleep in order to get into the arcane university, Then do the rest of the recommendations. So technically if you do that quest before being ready to level up you can do this with out frostcraig tower (DLC).

Ok I've got a problem. I'm a lv 110 and can't lv up anymore. It says that I can't fix perfection or something on those lines. I know it's because I've maxed out all the attributes. You can get the 10 lvls back by doing the 255 re-set part covered in the more info section. There will come a time when the major skill you picked will hit level 255. This is the amazing part, After getting that skill to 255, train one more time and it will now be reset to back to zero. Go level up that skill as you did earlier when you first created your character (Do not train or sleep from this point on) get the skill back up naturally to 100, This way you get the lvl up points all over again
I have a question: I've played this game multiple times over and have used your trainer glitch. I only got my character to level 149, and I was wondering, why couldn't I raise my character to the levels yours reached? All of my attributes reached 100 before I could exploit the glitch any further. It just seems like I'm missing something...
Always avoid all 2x 3x 4x while leveling up, Do this and you should have no problem hitting the level cap of 255. You also could do the felldew glitch if you have Shivering Isles or go to jail over and over again to lower your attributes.

It just seems like a lot of work for nothing in return other than to say "Hey guyz I gotz to level 100+!" and then you get hit by a guy with Godly weapons and die in one hit. I prefer to be level 8. No fucking Wraiths and I don't get raped going into a Ayleid ruin.

@RealArchaic you do realize that since you leveled 1-1-1 atrributes 100 times instead of doing plus 3 and 5's the creatures are gonig to overtake you attribute wise by alot.

How long does it takes to get all 7 major skills to 100? Also, i dont think that taking all magic skills for major skills is good because destruction and restoration are pretty hard to train.

I dont see the point in leveling up in Oblivion, I used the Staff of Everscamp to get to level 20 and now I cant play the game... gone are the normal foes. replaced by big bastard monsters who can fuck you up with ease... All I wanted to be was a badass wizard who rules the lands with an iron fist! But no, punished for all my training. Stupid game...

Short answer, Start a new character, Do not sleep or level up at all, max out your 7 major skills to 100, After you have done that, you should be at level one with all 7 major skills at 100. Now go make 3 spells that drain one of you 7 major skills by 100 on self for about 10 sec. Now go find a trainer of the skill of the drain spell you just made. Once at trainer cast each spell once (all 3 of them) then train 5 times in a row, Rest in a bed to level up, Then repeat.
This may have something to do with an update obviously. I maxed out all 7 major skill, then made a drain alteration spell on self. I went up to one of the alteration trainers in the mages guild, then drained it, I attempted to train my skill but every time I drained it, it said i could not train anymore. It says on the training screen
I don't see the problem, It should say that. You train 5/5 between every single level. You get all 7 major skills to 100 you cast spells then you train 5 out of 5 times in a row 5/5 then you sleep and level up once, You now go back to the trainer, cast spells, then you train 5 out of 5 times in a row 5/5 then you sleep and level up again, you then repeat tell you hit the level that you want as shown in the above clip.
For the glitch to work you must make sure at the time of training your skill is reading as zero, Because of this you will need to cast each spell once all 3 to 5 of them. Do the felldew quest level up then delete Shivering Isles from my Hard drive, load the save with out shivering isles then save to a new save spot (It will give you a message saying some things might be missing, click OK). Now I go back to the dashboard and download Shivering Isles again, Load the new save you just made? and do the whole felldew/shivering isles quest all over again. Your level is saved, But the game thinks you have not done the quest so you get all those level ups all over again

Every 1000 visits to jail (1 in 1000) you have a chance of a single attribute being lowered by one point at random and one in ten chance of a skill being lowered by 2-10 points. It took me a few months to get my attributes lowered to the point that I was able to reach the level cap of 255.

Im really sorry but this is my last question. Can we train in the other skills that we wont do the exploit on? Like I train in restoration and I use the exploit in Allteration. Is that possible?

As long as it's one of your 7 main skills then yes. Only your 7 skills add to your level up, none of the other skills count.

Why do we need to make thee drain speels when you made two? Also do we alternate the speels between training as cast 001 train to 5 of 5 then sleep then use say 002 then train then sleep and o forth?

The spells are only there so you can train forever with the same trainer without having to track down a Master Trainer. As long as your skill is always around zero while training by casting the spells the trainer thinks you are that level and you can keep the same trainer even when your skill is at master. As your skill goes up you will have to cast more and more drain spells to fool the trainer (3 to 5) to make him think you are still zero in skill.

Why do we need to make 3 dain skill spells? You made 2 and didnt really specify if we alternate each spell between trainings if you could just like clarify a few thing like this Ill know just what to do thank you.

As you get higher in level with that skill you will need to cast more and more spells (3 - 5), If your skill is not reading near zero at the time of training you run the risk of the trainer telling you that they can no longer train you, If this happens you are screwed lol. This is why you must always cast all spells and save your game often or you run the risk of having to start over from scratch or load an earlier save.

okay i have a problem i have done the trainer level up thing then i earned all my major skill points like you i used alteration i started doing it the second time the trainer exploit i mean and my major skill bar was about to hit 255 and i casted all the spells got trained and then slept but i didn't up major skill bar says 139 i am confused and i need help PLEASE respond also thank you for this glitch

Hey whats up RealArchaic? I am currently trying to level my character up with the second trick (the felldew trick). & well it just not working. I have already leveled up my character to level 104 the same way you have shown above with the Argonian in Cheydinhal for alteration, but after using the felldew & waiting for the "Ruiness Felldew Withdrawl" to kick in, I use all three Alteration draining spells on myself & it still wont let me train! Could you give me some advice?

When you make your character, your race and specialization adds levels to your skills off the top. Once you start playing the game, every 10 major skill increases equals 1 level. The minimum starting point for major skills is 25, so if all of your major skills start here, that is 525 major skill increases leading to 52 level ups.

I don't understand your question. Tou must get all 7 skills to 100 without sleeping, without training, and without leveling up. Once this is done you go and cast all 3 to 5 spells and train 5 out 5 then sleep. level up and then repeat tell you are level 100+ as shown in the clip. Read the more info tab if you need mire help, It's all covered there.

There's an easier way, specially if you are an evil guy, just have a bounty of at least 50,000 gold without being the gray fox, and go to jail, you will be taken off about 50 levels of random skills, do over and over till you are apprentice on each, and level up again. It makes the game even better.

@sofastbye the spells you can create are the same as the spells you can cast. for example, you can only make a "fireball" spell if you have a fireball spell in your inventory.

Um.....I did everything that you mentioned, and I got to lvl 101, which is very cool and all (seriously, thanks), but I've done a few dungeon runs and my loot seems no better than it would be for a character in the 40s, definitely not "20 to 30 items per container".....

Actually, all chests and enemies max out at a specified level. Bethesda never meant for people to level past 50, so the max level for chests and enemies/armour is around level 50 for the highest levels, and around 21 for the weaker chests and enemies.

You are correct on the level of the items, But the higher the level you are the more items you will find in said box/chest. Below level 50 and you find 3 to 8 items per container, Above level 100 and you find upwards of 20 to 30 items per container all at there max level.

Every thing in Oblivion is level based, This includes all items and quests. Once you hit level 100+ every crate, chest, box will have max loot items and all enemies will have the very best armor and magic items on them. You can go into any cave, dungeon or lair and walk out with 20+ high level weapons, armor, and magic items, It makes exploring the game world from the beginning more fun.

360k views lol! there is a really easy way to get loaded! get loads of scrolls of one spell and, equip it in books, then go up to an item and drop it, (note do it all keeping on ur invitory) then how many scrolls u have will drop as that i items,(example, u have 16 of one scroll, equip, go to a clothing item (valuable ring) and drop then 16 of them will come, and u sell and keep doing, i got to 1 mil on a new character lvl 1 it was funny)

Create a new character and as soon as you get out of the sewers go and do the anvil mages guild quest to gain the recommendation (Before you get your skills to 100), that is the only quest needed to sleep in order to get into the arcane university, Then do the rest of the recommendations. So technically if you do that quest before being ready to level up you can do this with out frostcraig tower (DLC).

Ok I've got a problem. I'm a lv 110 and can't lv up anymore. It says that I can't fix perfection or something on those lines. I know it's because I've maxed out all the attributes. You can get the 10 lvls back by doing the 255 re-set part covered in the more info section. There will come a time when the major skill you picked will hit level 255. This is the amazing part, After getting that skill to 255, train one more time and it will now be reset to back to zero. Go level up that skill as you did earlier when you first created your character (Do not train or sleep from this point on) get the skill back up naturally to 100, This way you get the lvl up points all over again

You have to be above level 200 and have your luck at 100 and even then it's only about a 60% chance that the glitch will work.

I have a question: I've played this game multiple times over and have used your trainer glitch. I only got my character to level 149, and I was wondering, why couldn't I raise my character to the levels yours reached? All of my attributes reached 100 before I could exploit the glitch any further. It just seems like I'm missing something...

Always avoid all 2x 3x 4x while leveling up, Do this and you should have no problem hitting the level cap of 255. You also could do the felldew glitch if you have Shivering Isles or go to jail over and over again to lower your attributes.

That is what the spells are for lol. You cast the spells so even when your skill is 100 it reads as zero while the spells are active, This way the trainer thinks your skill is that low and can keep training you forever.

Correct, The battles are epic, takes a good ten minutes just to kill a rat with the very best weapon and armor in the game at levels 100+. Then sell the copies (be sure to keep one, if its an artifact).

I dont see the point in leveling up in Oblivion, I used the Staff of Everscamp to get to level 20 and now I cant play the game... gone are the normal foes. replaced by big bastard monsters who can fuck you up with ease... All I wanted to be was a badass wizard who rules the lands with an iron fist! But no, punished for all my training. Stupid game...

Short answer, Start a new character, Do not sleep or level up at all, max out your 7 major skills to 100, After you have done that, you should be at level one with all 7 major skills at 100. Now go make 3 spells that drain one of you 7 major skills by 100 on self for about 10 sec. Now go find a trainer of the skill of the drain spell you just made. Once at trainer cast each spell once (all 3 of them) then train 5 times in a row, Rest in a bed to level up, Then repeat.

This may have something to do with an update obviously. I maxed out all 7 major skill, then made a drain alteration spell on self. I went up to one of the alteration trainers in the mages guild, then drained it, I attempted to train my skill but every time I drained it, it said i could not train anymore. It says on the training screen

I don't see the problem, It should say that. You train 5/5 between every single level. You get all 7 major skills to 100 you cast spells then you train 5 out of 5 times in a row 5/5 then you sleep and level up once, You now go back to the trainer, cast spells, then you train 5 out of 5 times in a row 5/5 then you sleep and level up again, you then repeat tell you hit the level that you want as shown in the above clip.

For the glitch to work you must make sure at the time of training your skill is reading as zero, Because of this you will need to cast each spell once all 3 to 5 of them. At any point your skill is not at or near zero while training you take the risk of the trainer telling you they can no longer train you, If this happens you screwed up and must load a earlier save or start over from scratch or find the Master Trainer for your skill.

on pc the maximum level is 46 without cheats

The skills all have a maximum level of 100 without doing the training exploit. Your own maximum level depends on your major skills. When you make your character, your race and specialization adds levels to your skills off the top. Once you start playing the game, every 10 major skill increases equals 1 level. The minimum starting point for major skills is 25, so if all of your major skills start here, that is 525 major skill increases leading to 52 level ups, giving you a max level of 53.
