@faireewingz1995 Red meat(I'm assuming you mean beef or pork), is low in iron. Turkey and reindeer is high in iron. There are a lot of vegan foods that consist of way more iron than beef does. Red meat is kind of worthless. I've been low in iron my whole life. Even if I ate meat I was low in iron. Everyone is deficient in something.
