3GX is the better solution now =). The quality is only limited to your phone =D. The SH-01b supports up to 16khz (not sure about 24 but it's not supported with the program) with no file size limit (at least I didn't hit it with a 15 sec long ring tone).
You get to try out the full program for free. The only problem is that you'll need to pay or find a workaround after 20 days or 25 uses, whichever comes first, for full functionality. It's still better than than WAV2MLD.
i made the mld and put on sd but they dont show up!

@tommy96814 Be sure to save them as fx RING0001.MLD, and of course put them in the right folder. Then it should work!
