It does seem like a classic moving shape cartoon I remember seeing on the old Sesame Street. And I liked the flute music in it too. :)

I love this song. The chords are unusual and that's what attracted me - that and the tempo, which is odd, almost a tango. This cartoon actually reminds me of two distinctly different 1970's CTW segments, but goes off in its own original visual direction. I think Joe Raposo would have definitely hatched a song like this to match the visuals we see here.
