I pulled up on the accident minutes after it happened.. I called 911 but someone else had already called. Ramona Expressway is a very dangerous road. Out of respect for his family and friends I will just say that what I seen was not good. I go through there every day and the road is very dark and have had plenty of close calls. My prayers go out to all the people that loved him.
