This song really impacted me.. I cut for the first time beause of a dark phase, for a week my parents ignored me. They found out and called me physco, I would lock myself in my room and fell asleep crying in the corner.

@Delsonseaman write the name of someone you care about on the place you usually cut so everytime you want to cut you'll look at their name, and think of them. it should help.
think of the person you love the most we you are about to cut, and think about what they would say if they seen you do it and how much they would cry! thats how i got out.
Usually people who self harm do it for attention or their addicted to it. Sure their are people who self harm as a form of emotional releif and attempt to use it as a coping methood, but most of those people are deeply humiliated and ashamed by it ad will try to hide it. Theirfor most of the storys iv read are proberbly a load of crap. So if you need it seek help, if not STFU. But which ever just enjoy the song.

this reminds me of me.. cuz i have had so many suicidal thoughts and i had a really controlling boyfriend who always made me feel like shit and i felt like everything was my fault and then one of my close friends finally told me he had feelings for me and he has helped me threw so much he told me he will always be there for me and that i dont have to do everything by myself anymore <3

I can relate to this song a lot. I've been cutting for about ten months and I've attempted suicide, but I have this one friend who's there for me. Almost a month ago I texted her a suicide not and then tied a pair of tights around my neck. She texted me right after I tied them and told me not to kill myself. She saved my life. I love her. I wish she loved me back...

This song explains so much of how my situation. I have a girlfriend that has been through everything. Made so many mistakes and always have her parents not understanding and being there for her. A girl I really like once called me saying she wants to die and already got the knive and all I could do was talking and listening to her, cause it will take 3 hours for me to visit her. It´s really hard helping her, mostly cause she won´t belive me when I´m trying to help her. i showed this to my boyfriend cause he we started dating and i was a cutter and he found out cause i was crying in a closet with (( scars on my arms)) and he said almost the exact kind of stuff to me and he helped me out of my prob and i dont cut any more cause of him but when i showed him this we both started crying in each others arms cause it means so much and this vid is the best fitting and pics ever they mean the most so thank u sooooo much

I was trough this, and i'm still sometimes..
But i med this big hearted boy(know he is my boyfrind) It was just like he was drugs to me and im stil addicted to them, if he wasn't here, then i wasn't either!!!
Im a cutter, and i REALLY hate it. But it's the only thing that works when he isn't in my arm!

@Delsonseaman write the name of someone you care about on the place you usually cut so everytime you want to cut you'll look at their name, and think of them. it should help.

Usually people who self harm do it for attention or their addicted to it. Sure their are people who self harm as a form of emotional releif and attempt to use it as a coping methood, but most of those people are deeply humiliated and ashamed by it ad will try to hide it. I'm 13 and I've been cutting for a year and it only gets worse, guys, its been so hard cuz i've been trying to stop but whenever I see a knife and anything I could use to cut I do and then I regret it. This song helps me because I can relate to it so much, my parents hate me so much because I don't always get good grades, I'm not christian and I have a boyfriend. they keep expecting me to be as perfect as my older sisters but I can't and its just so frustrating.

ya know i use to be a cutter for 5 years straight and then i stopped. i started in the 7th grade and stopped my junior year. but, now i started up again. those who claim to love me throw me out on the streets and are all like "Go die in a hole you emo kid" and all that crap. i cut my legs so no one will see and i cut in the shower so more blood flows out instead of that little amount that harldy comes out. i have over 150 scars on me. ive keep thinking is this going to be the last night

This song speaks out to someone who doesn't even have a relation to the lyrics. People who say this song and band sucks you suck and something is messed up with you. If this song makes u feel guilty then u know u have something in common with it. If you feel sad from this song then it's because it speaks to u in some way. i hate how depressed people are called emos by most people. Emo is short for emotive music and also emotional if they call US emo , they are too because emo can also mean emotional. its got nothing to do with people harming themseleves and wearing black makeup and clothes. the right thing to call us would be scene\ punk or just unique. we arent fake people like the people that call us emo and this song tells me just that, we r alkl the same :) x
