Yes, Morgana is gorgeous and she had some nice UST bickering with Arthur, but at the end of the day Gwen understands Arthur. She doesn't manipulate him like Morgana does (don't get me wrong, I love the manipulation, but it doesn't make a good long-term partner), she pushes him to be a better person, and she provides Arthur with a different view of the world. She's also a total sweetheart and lovely.

Lovely editing. Episode ten brought some great material to work with when vidding. Arthur's desperate kiss was quite touching too. And even though I though I thought this was the best of the Arthur/Gwen episodes thus far, I just can't bet over the how poorly they've handled characterization this season, and the Arthur/Merlin relationship this time around makes me too sad for words. Heck, the most lively and genuine I've seen Arthur & Merlin around one another this season is when he was disguised
@arien14 Thank you! It really was a fantastic editing. As for characterization...idk. I feel there have been some issues with the Arthur and Merlin relationship, but at the same time you could argue that they actually HAVE progressed as friends. Yes, Arthur's throwing things at Merlin, but Merlin's getting back at him in his own way, and Arthur seems to be trusting Merlin's judgment more and more (and Merlin is more willing to give his input).

He was out of his mind with grief and honestly would've given ABSOLUTELY anything to save her, no matter how much he'd regret it down the road. Thankfully Gwen knocked some sense into him at the end (the boy's too much of a romantic). ;-)

Hollywood has really distorted our image of beauty. It's disgusting. And Arthur fell in love with Gwen because of her spirit. And he also thinks she's rather beautiful.

I understand you, but again I disagree. Do not think this is petty arguments. I think interesting to see how each one defends his views, even the insults I think valid. I have also posted comments about some unflattering actors and through discussions with other people even changed my mind. For example, I think Gwen ugly, but I think you make good videos, but I am not offended if someone thinks exactly the opposite, I think you should let it go.

Talk about her acting, talk about her interpretation of the character. Her looks, however? Have NOTHING to do with her performance or the believability of the relationship. I'm annoyed because it appears that this person is going around to any video with Gwen she can find and insulting Angel Coulby. If she doesn't like her then she shouldn't watch vids about her.

@SVEvenstar My dad has a great commentary on the subject. Beauty isn't just luck and merit to anyone. Maybe this person does not have any friends who watch the show and be eager for comment. It was the same for me when I read Harry Potter.
But I agree that in real life, the most handsome boy does not choose the nicest girl in the elected are the beautiful and MacGrath Katie is one of them until.
I get tired of looking at this woman, she is so beautiful, I think UK has a rare gem there.

@galiaelrond This isn't criticism of MY work. I have no problem with that. I draw the line, however, at someone coming on here and lambasting an actor for no reason. There are millions of forums for just that if someone is so bitter and petty that he or she needs to insult someone they've never met. Notice that I didn't tell them that they couldn't continue commenting. I simply ASKED them to not post their negative comments on my video. I don't want this to turn into a space for petty arguments.

Lovely editing. Episode ten brought some great material to work with when vidding. Arthur's desperate kiss was quite touching too. And even though I though I thought this was the best of the Arthur/Gwen episodes thus far, I just can't bet over the how poorly they've handled characterization this season, and the Arthur/Merlin relationship this time around makes me too sad for words. Heck, the most lively and genuine I've seen Arthur & Merlin around one another this season is when he was disguised

I feel there have been some issues with the Arthur and Merlin relationship, but at the same time you could argue that they actually HAVE progressed as friends. Yes, Arthur's throwing things at Merlin, but Merlin's getting back at him in his own way, and Arthur seems to be trusting Merlin's judgment more and more (and Merlin is more willing to give his input).

Yay I could finally watch this video because I've finally watched the episode LOL beautiful vid (I'm repeating myself here), my favourite part is at 2:26 when it's quiet for a moment and then the music starts again and Arthur kisses Gwen. God that scene broke my heart, I swear I could hear it shatter when Arthur was held back by the guards and had to watch Gwen being dragged away.

I have nothing agaisn't them, don't take worng what I'm going to say, but the only scene that really made me love them a bit was the sat one because Gwen is the wisest, still the picnic was cute and yeah Carpe Diem and all that is good too
but Arthur giving up the throne really didn't convince me. I really prefered their last scene, felt more in character on both side

He was out of his mind with grief and honestly would've given ABSOLUTELY anything to save her, no matter how much he'd regret it down the road. Thankfully Gwen knocked some sense into him at the end (the boy's too much of a romantic). ;-)
