Bro thats a assassin Bug, go ahead let it land on you, bite you, then take a shit on you, next to the bite, owe yeah, all (mean time you'll be sleeping) then scratch its fecal matter into the bite and boom....congrats...you have Chagas Disease.!! kill it..so it dont get a taste for your kids while they sleep!
this is a pretty nice video. i like the commentary you added. ive got a video, nowhere near as good as this but we caught a nymph on the back of the jeep and didnt know what it was just yet, after i caught it i looked it up/.
Wow, I never in my life had even heard of a wheel bug 'til now, much less ever seen one. They are the most bizarre and alien looking things! It's hard to believe we have something that wild and exotic-looking here in the states.
You'd think they would, but it seems those creatures that move slowly and quietly don't appear as an immediate threat. I'm sure if the wheel bug made a move in the entrance (especially at the main hive entrance) they would definitely be more defensive. Thanks for the comment. Arvin
@speccyride I was born in Florida, USA and these mean no harm, they are not aggressive in my experience. I see them during summertime at least 3 times a week. They like hunting bugs on hibiscus plants and eat the bad bugs. They will take this mans bees tho.
He is fantastic, I found one at my aunts house a few months ago while I was babysitting her 3 year old. I didn't know what it was yet. I just called him mohalk.
I don't understand it either. They'll take out a mouse in a hive. They'll isolate small hive beetles in the hive. Spiders and wood roaches live on the inner cover. Wax moths can crawl around on the comb. They're capable of taking care of it, for some reason they just choose not to.
Yeah the bug is really praying on your flesh, using the bees as a distraction!
