  • I remember when it first aired on Sci-Fi, it was so awesome.

"Give me what I want, and i'll go away!

Damn, good old days, SYFY sucks these days.

  • I remember seeing this a loooooong time ago and I gotta say.."the teapot song" creeped the he'll out of me for a good while

  • linoge is awsome

  • that city really screamed for jesus in the end of this movie.=)

  • what ever rebound the chromazon avon boy was there plan

  • stephen ngki is always acompanied by lightening..

  • excellent and thoughtful movie

I also live Langolieres from King

  • this is what it feels like when someone has kidnaped your child..belive me i know

  • Born in sin, come on in! The movie includes an ideology of "Original Sin", which is rejected by most Christian denominations today. It goes to show Stepen King is a very educated director even to the extent of some Theology.

  • Mmm, Colm Feore owned that movie completely. Linoge walks into that store like a thoroughbred into a stable of donkeys. He knows he's won the game before he even starts to play it.

    And yes, he is hot!

  • good scene choices for this!

  • "Give me what I want and I'll go away" I LOVE THAT LINE!!!!!

  • evil never dies

  • I have the movie and I just love how the song matches with the scenes in the movie.

If only Andre were real.I wish he were real.I wish he loved all people, instead of making them kll others.I'd hate to have him kill me.='(

  • my penis is a solid object for this mini serese

  • born in lust turn yo dust

born in sin come on in

  • I'm a little teapot, short and round >.<

  • Andre Linoge and Randall Flagg are probably related, because they are both sorcerers.

  • If only Andre were real.

  • however, the screenplay, by Daniel Waters. I've enjoyed this movie T O T A L L Y F R E E @ Movie Watcher [.] US

  • lol song

  • i love that movie))) XD its cool and a bit scaary))

  • I remember when I read the book 3 years ago, it was terrific! And the movie seems to be a good adaptation ( the teeth of andre linoge is exactly like in the book!)

  • This Is my Favourite film From Stephen King. And Gramma

  • 5/6 :D Best film !

  • Super!

  • It actually is Legion, there has been a discussion about it and an interview with stephen king revealed the incoded word as Legion, which was actually thousands of demons inhabiting 1 soul.

  • Linoge would rape Randal Flagg in the face.

  • agreed

  • lol

  • haha interesting idea to compare those two =)

  • I remember seeing this when I was still in 7th grade... Perhaps the best tv movie ever made (Manhunter is still fair competition) and a penetrating morality tale just as good as Needful Things.

BTW: Being a fan of Von Sydow's performance in Needful Things, I would like to see Gaunt and Linoge meet-up at some point (infact I may do that if I ever have the time).

  • The Song fits very well!

  • This mini series is actually pretty much my favourite thing on earth!!!!!!!

  • Allah = God = Yehova

  • Awesome video! Yesterday I watched Storm of the Century for the first time, and I gotta say, Colm Feore totally stole the show as Linoge. One of the coolest villains I've ever seen!

  • I would agree with you however until I had seen Michael Rosenbaum on Smallville. That dude stole the sceen. He is totally the best villian but this guy now steals the sceen in a close second!

  • King never really answered the question of rather andre really was the Legion but I think from the show, its a good bet that he was indeed Legion. From the sheer power of the charector, what else could it be

  • A magi

  • i thought he was going to turn out to be an angel or something.

  • Heh yeah, could be he is one!

  • I think this song fits to this character, though maybe not the lyrics (the title sings in different tune), bit positive which isn't bad for we do not know if Andre was or wasn't a demon, we can only guess; every Evil has a Good side and vice versa. I love the movie and yes I like Andre's temperament and personality. Like an all-knowing wise wizard who fears not of humanity. Anyway, once again : Great movie with great actors !

  • The song, actually, needs to be "Red Right Hand" by Nick Cave and The Bad Seeds ))

It's just increbible how the lyrics (and the music) of it fits to the story of Storm of the Century and the portrait of Andre Linoge.

I even think that somehow it may not be just a coincedence, even though the song was written in 1994, which is six years earlier than the book (and one year after the actual storm of the century took place in North America).

  • the song is fuck,

    the movie GRANDIOS!!

  • hes an ancient warlock! nice vid!>:)

  • He's actually a demon legion.

  • That was emplied but never followed up on, so there is no real evidense that he was legion. I think he's an ancient illuminati/occult sorcerer

  • He's not Legion.

Legion was a group of minor demons who possessed people and animals. Linoge doesn't seem to be a possessing spirit, but rather a human man with a greatly extended lifespan and great magical power (the fact that he CAN age, and that he needs a human to be his heir, implies that he was once one himself).

I think he used the Legion anagram (Linoge is likely not his real name) to get a message across to the townsfolk, since there is a story about Legion drowning their victims.

  • he did not age himself, he simply revealed himself....thought that was obvious

  • Yes, he revealed himself as being very old and withered. Which means he can age. Which means he may well have started out as human.

  • the song needs to be....

"sympathy for the devil" by the rolling stones it would fit perfect.

  • i want to watch this ..

  • this is a good tribute but i think the song "My Little Box" would be better for a CREATURE of Linoge's caliber

  • I love this movie :)

  • Is this a movie or series?

  • The impression I got from Linoge is that he wasn't always evil, but became so due to constant exposure to human sin and pettiness. Kinda feel bad for him,in a way; living that long has made him so jaded.

  • My impression was that he was originally an Angel that had fallen into the darkside

  • Similar idea, but I also thought that, since he's looking for a human to replace him, he may have once been human himself.

  • I beleive he isnt even form this world, I think he is either the Demons known as "Legion" or he is a other worldly traveller, since he said the "Weirding stones" were "Old when the world was Young"

or he could be somehting else all together since in the book King said he just pictured him in a prison cell, like a dark tower maipulating all those around him.

and he also confirmed the existence of multiple gods and immortal beings traveling this world when he was in the town hall.

  • Illuminati perhaps

  • Illuminati didn't exist until the 1600's or so. Linoge strikes me as much older than that.

Also, if the Illuminati actually had magic powers, I think their plot to take over Europe would have actually worked. No?

  • mike was the only smart one in that movie hatch was cool to

  • Is Linoge a demon or something eles?

  • A demon came from the past. He needed for a successor 'cause Linoge was old, that's why he came in that small town to choose a boy growing him as the next demon.

  • I knew it! Thank you

  • He was supposed to be the demon, Legion

  • i felt so bad for the cop when he stole is son

  • Will someone post this movie please?

  • Well, you can just download it via isohunt

  • I must say the music goes perfectly with Linoge. This may seem a bit weird but I think that he's not the devil. He is like a dark angle his purpose is to destroy sinners.

  • what's the title of the song?? its great like this movie !!!

  • The song is LadyBoy

  • Well, before you post please take a look at the more info. tab. It says the name of the song there.

  • someone needed to pay this badass a tribute!

  • I think people are confusing Lenoge with a sorcerer. He's not even close to that. He's the demon Legion in human flesh. Legion is a pretty popular demon. He's seen in The Exorcist, The Exorcist of Emily Rose, and other horror movies.

  • "I drink some amount of water" (Andre Linoge)

  • Linoge is awesome

  • You were in a whore house in Boston, when your old mother was dying, the last word she spoke was your name. Well she's in hell and has turned canible! And she's waiting to eat your eyes out over and over again..

  • Remember Robbie, hell is repetition.

  • I love this post. >XD Good video. I like the song, it is relaxing for some odd reason and with Linoge it is, oh god... Makes it all better! Haha.

Yes. He is incredibly amazing and sexy.

    Amazing job. ^_^ Major props.

  • He's so hot! I want a demon!

  • The song used in this movie really fucked it up big time. Use original theme song.

  • You're right, it totally spoils the trailer!

  • He's only one legion means many. Yes the demons called themselves legion for we are many, the demon in the exorcist was named pazuzu.

  • he's not a sorcerer, he's the Demon Legion from the Bible. Look at the spelling, Linoge=Legion. This is the same Demon that spoke to Jesus when he met him on a road in Mark 5:9. If you ever watched the Movie "The Exorcist" thats also the same Demon.

  • Linoge, are you looking for a lover?

  • first in lust turn to dust

first to sin , come on in!

    creppy quote from linoge!

  • Sorry for correcting you, but the qoute is " Born in lust! Turn to dust! Born in sin? Come on in!"

I'm a little tea pot short and stout, here is my handle here is my spout, when I get all steamed up here me shout. Tip me over and pour me out

  • can someone explain the end, when theres the word on the boat, what does it mean

  • He mentioned that it was the same in

Roanoke: Just as is is here on Little Tall.

In November of 1587, a report reached London claiming Sir Walter Raleigh's expedition to land English settlers in America had foundered. The colony on Roanoke Island off of the coast of North Carolina-115 men, women, and children-had disappeared without a trace.

The words CROATOAN were carved into a tree near by not far from where the settlers once lived.

This legend which was true as part of the history.

  • 'born in sin c'mon in'

  • awsome song BUT FREE THE KIDS!

  • Free the kids...yeah right. The song used in this trailer is totally inappropriate for such a brilliant piece of television; Would you play the loony tunes back catalogue at a funeral? No.

  • He's NOT the Devil, he's a 4000 year old sorcerer!!

  • yeah! but he`s pretty close of him though!

  • give me what i want and i will go away lol what the hell does he want1

  • I guess you'll just have to watch the movie, won't you?

  • oh very well

  • u mean u haven`t seen it? i saw it when i was like 10! he wants a child to be his `apprentice`!lol! great song by the way. otherwise i would have pissed in my pjs right now!

  • oh very well

  • Great movie..thank you!

  • J'adore le montage de cette vidéo sur la chanson d'Indochine! Ca s'accorde très bien!

  • great movie and book, but the song doesn't match at all... lyrics or sound

  • this a fuk ass long movie....

  • Good one, though.

And the screenplay was written by Stephen King, so what did you expect?

  • This montage was great, but when are people going to actually put scenes from the movie on here? I've been trying to see this movie since I read the screenplay and I can't find it anywhere.

  • so fucking funny movie

About the music, I love it, I don't know French (I'd love to but languages aren't my strong point, I have issues with Spanish, French..yeah not even gonna go try that one :P) but I love the song you used and you're right in that the music and general tone works really well for the video.

  • merci...

  • Ayant vécu le making of , je peux te dire que ta patience est a la hauteur de tes esperances .

De belles perspectives dans l avenir .
